First time in a long time at lunch, I got ice cold fries. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and no time to turn back.

The best experience I have EVER had at any fast food restaurant. Gloria and Nancy did an excellent job at making sure my food came out quickly and even went as far as to apologizing for the wait (which wasn't really a wait) will definitely keep coming back.

Ordered from the $5 Jr Whopper Duo menu. Asked for 1 Jr Whopper "hold the mayo" and 1 Jr Whopper with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese. What did I find in my bag after leaving the facility? 2 Jr Whoppers slathered with mayo, that's it. Tried calling manager 4 times, no answer. At least I'm not in the Gaza Strip.
Broiler is broken which seems like it should be a big problem for a burger king and the refund process is a massive hassle

Seriously, Burger King? This is messed up and a meal is wasted. If anyone is wondering, I ordered an impossible whopper meal and be sure to always check every burger you get from this restaurant.

11/20 11:30am. Claimed the app doesn't work at this location. Asked for the manager & the woman in the drive through refused to help or accommodate my coupon. I only come to BK if I have coupons so I canceled the entire order and drove off. Haven't been here since over the summer and swore that would be my last visit when they charged me for a cup of water. This time I mean it.... Never coming back. Very poor management.

I just left the Burger King in Fountain Hills, Arizona. While in the restaurant, I witness them touching the trashcan, while making food. There were many other health code violation, that I observed tonight. I'm planning on reaching out to the local health department on tomorrow. I realize their employees were uneducated and didn't have common sense. They displayed horrible computer and communication skills as it pretain to them doing their job. I placed my order and got the wrong food made tonight. Management really sucks big time at this Burger King ! All residents need to be aware of employees possible retrieving food from then trash and selling expired food items.

Part of my order was two 8 piece nuggets. Both were terribly dry. I tried calling to get them replaced but they never answered after a few tries with time in between.
