Absolutely incredible little place. Service was fast and friendly and they made the food to order right in front of us. Got the tacodillas and the bandera burrito and it was all fantastic. Tortilla chips were made as we ordered so were perfectly fresh. The atmosphere is super cool and casual too. Will definitely be coming back here!!

This place is a really bad food truck pretending to be a restaurant. The employees were rude and refused to answer any of my questions about the menu. The lady ahead of me ordered something that I wanted and I tried six times to point at the item that she got saying I would like that, how much is it. That was too difficult she kept pointing to the menu telling me is up there. So I ended up with 3 tacos with about a tablespoon of meet a piece in them and a can of Coke for $13. I had to do a double take to make sure I wasn't at a sports venue. There are so many other fantastic places to eat Mexican food spare yourself from this overpriced dog food. In fairness I have only been to the fountain hills location and this seems to be a operational / employee issue here. So maybe the other stores actually want repeat customers.Update: This is a chain restraint that is franchised thus having little control over each stores individual Management / Owner, Training, Food, and Staff. FYI So if you think this is REAL ATHENTIC Mexican food you also most likely go to Golden Corral 4 times a week and also give have given them 5 stars LOL

As a long time customer, I am very disappointed on my last visit and will NOT be going back. I usually get 3 tacos (Carne) and a taco salad. On my last visit, not only did the prices go up but I asked for pico, cheese and salsa. After watching the woman make the meals, I noticed that she put very little cheese so I asked for more. I was told that would be $1.50 additional and I said that there was almost no cheese on my tacos which was dismissed and told that either I want to pay additional charge or not. After being a loyal customer for years (once or twice a week for years, check my 2019 review below), I thought my request was no problem but I was wrong. The food also was not as good as used to be. Let's send a message and choose another place to go. Too bad, used to be good. Now it's overpriced and ZERO customer service.

We just left from visiting Maskadores. We have been faithful customers for years, whenever we have fun money we love to bring the kids and eat here as our favorite. Today, we paid around $70 including two bottled waters. My husband even asked “Did you get the waters” to the cashier to make sure he billed our drinks… the man said “yes”. So we take our food to the table and start eating.The cashier literally comes to our table, accuses us of not paying for our bottled waters in front of other customers, and made us walk to the register for a $3 charge. It was the rudest, most shocking, unprofessional, and unfriendly encounter.Sadly, we won’t return. I hope that $3 was worth losing a family who really loved them.Maskadores, you used to be a friendly and inviting place. You humiliated us and made us feel awful. Couldn’t even enjoy our food.

If you've never been, you need to try Maskadores tacos. We frequent the 40th St and Bell Rd location. It is excellent. I usually get the 4 Street Taco platter. I got shrimp tonight and OMG! So good. I like the carne asada as well. My husband usually gets a burrito or the chimichanga which are both good. This has gotten to be a Friday night favorite when no one feels like cooking. They have deals for Taco Tuesday as well.

The SERVICE was HORRIBLE!!! The ambiance was COLD, DARK and RUDE! I was attending a basketball tournament at the Elementary School across the street and a local told me to try the this place and she raved about how good it was! So of course the foodie I am I decided to try it plus I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD!!! Needless to say I left disappointed and upset! While the 2 ladies were making my food one of the ladies got extremely mad because I asked for my sauce on the chimichanga on the side! She then proceeded to cover up the chimichanga with nothing on it, I had to ask for sour cream, cheese, left and pico! Then the other lady refused to cut my carne asada burrito in half and said I'll give you a plastic knife!! As if a plastic knife will cut a burrito in half without making a mess! I then asked the ladies did I (a black woman) do something wrong as to why they were giving me POOR service and so much attitude! They ignored me and said are you ready to pay! I paid $30.00 for 2 items because they charged me extra for everything! Extra cheese 2x, extra, sour cream, extra guacamole 2x I thought to myself wow does anything come regular on my food!! Then I proceeded to leave and serve myself salsa at the salsa bar and they had no containers for me to put the salsa in because I was taking my food to go and the lady said I'll give you 1!! I said wow for 2 burritos can I please have 2?!? She gave me 2 containers with sooooooooo much attitude I asked again are they okay?? Did I do something wrong and they just said Have a good day goodbye!! As in Get the Fuck out of our establishment! Smh
