We were so disappointed with our visit. We had the Champions Breakfast. The eggs were supposed to be egg whites and they gave us regular scrambled eggs. The bacon was like turkey bacon, which we didn't expect. The pancakes were not cooked and had raw batter in the middle. How do you mess up pancakes? The only acceptable items with our meal were the cappuccino and Texas toast. When we complained about the pancakes they offered to replace them with a croissant, which tasted terrible and had freezer burn-like taste. Sad that this awesome location can't produce better food. We won't be coming back.

Good drinks and pastries, but on the expensive side. But, if you know this area and the million dollar homes here, I guess it makes sense. We wound up here because this was the only coffee shop open on MLK Day in the area.

This is such a cute place! We came out to see the Christmas lights, decided to get hot cocoas while we strolled and boy, was this the right place to stop! They must make it from scratch, it was the best hot chocolate we ever had. Definitely not what we were expecting, but so much more. Now we really want to go back and try their food.

Visiting family from out of town for Thanksgiving weekend. We wanted to eat something healthy and found this place nearby. The service was superb, the food delicious and made with natural ingredients. This is our new favorite spot and will be coming here every time we are in town!

This is a wonderful place. We truly appreciated visiting a place that serves gluten free and non GMO options. The quality and taste were superb. Will definitely visit again.

Really bummed out on what we ordered. Got the champion breakfast and it was major fail for $16. Pancakes were inedible due to be very undercooked, and item was missing hashbrowns and seasonal fruit. When ordering we were told they would give extra sausage because out of hash browns but didn't happen. We waited in line for a long time for a very overpriced and incomplete breakfast. Chai latte was pretty sweet but decent overall. Employees were very friendly and patient (with long line of people) but overall would not revisit unfortunately.

Papayaz is a cute little restaurant with a great variety of meals to choose from. I got the avocado deluxe sandwich and it is now one of my favorite meals anywhere. I love their green revive smoothie, it's very tasty for a green drink! Will be coming again soon!

Hello Mr. Scott / Papayaz team, I want to send my gratitude to you for bring this café’ of organic non – GMO, prime quality ingredients to Fountain Hill. Running a restaurant is one of the most difficult businesses.I have been in twice; the first time within the first 3 months of opening and today. I ordered a cappuccino with one pump of sugar free Carmel. I watched the young lady put two pumps in and it was too sweet for my taste. It was served to me when my crepe was ready, which was too cooled off. I did order a crepe that was not as listed on the menu (just a plain with banana and strawberries) This slightly confused the kids / employees up front. The crepe was Delicious not heated evenly. Maybe it was the cold fruit on the crepe that created this cold area. The amount of fruit was very sparse.A few suggestions: serve the coffee or whatever drink as soon as it is ready. This avoids watered down or cooled down drinks upon those first few sips. I’ve seen this issue few times in some of the less favorable reviews. Room temp fruit when being served on a hot dish.
