I had an unpleasant experience at Rosati's Pizza in Fountain Hills. I called to order and asked about deals, but was told there were none. Upon arriving, I found brochures with deals on the counter. The staff were rude, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall food experience was not pleasant at all I will not be going back.
Still the best pizza in town. For the last fifteen years I've always had the best service and Italian food from Rosati's Pizza in Fountain Hills. A big thank you to all the staff who have been contributing to make this possible!

We ordered take out: 16 inch half pepperoni and half sausage pizza with thin crust. We also had the antipasto salad and finished it off with two cannolis. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The cannoli were freshly filled with perfectly crunchy shells.

Great place for solid pizza. They have gluten free options, just not vegan cheese (my daughter prefers no cheese vs vegan cheese anyway). Great service and very friendly. I e have gotten delivery and pickup and had great service and food both time.

No sauce on the wings they just put it on the side which means the employees are lazy!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!Awful pizza and customer service! Been trying to get a simple request done for years (brown on top, extra sauce with 1 topping...SIMPLE!!!), but they cannot cook pizza to order. First try was not brown (as usual), asked them to cook it more...said he had to redo...second try burned black and NO sauce. Then would not return my money. Been patient for over 12 years just to get smug, smart aleck answers and no credit offered. It is NO WONDER they have 2 1/2 stars, and dropping fast!!!I suspect he burned the second one on purpose just to be a smarta$$..."I'm not going to do anything for you tonight...you rejected the first pizza..." Finally GIVING UP ON THESE JERKS!!!!! They do not listen to their customers or apparently give a $hit!!!!

Got there chicken wings for the first time . Nice crisp meaty wings and you have the option of them with sauce on the which keeps them extra crispy. They are awesome!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! They immediately place you on hold when you call to place an order. The person answering calls is rude and like most cowards, refused to give me his name. When asked to speak to a manager he claimed “I am the manager” and threatened to block my number. Apparently, the employees at this location don’t want to actually work and refuse to take phone orders.
