The worst service we have ever had. It's beautiful and the food was good but we can't get past the service. We were sat and no server came to our table. 15 minutes later and the manager came by and asked if we'd been helped and took our order for a salad. When he brought the salad we were like “so are you our serve” and he was like “I guess I am.” That would have been fine but then he didn't attend to us either. We got over how long it took for our food but to see other tables around us get good service and we were still just left there was very hard to experience. We complained and the service was ok after that at the end and the manager didn't have us pay. But we would have rather paid and had good service on our last night at this beautiful resort.

Our experience was truly mixed. The food was really very good and the setting and view are wonderful. Unfortunately, the service does not measure up. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our drinks and food, and I had to go hunt for someone to get the check. The very slow service make us quite hesitant to return, which is too bad given the view and the food. Also we were seated right by the sliding doors which where wide open. While this was fine early on, as the evening cooled it became quite cold at our table. I asked the bartender about closing the sliding doors and was told only that he would ask the manager. They were never closed. In sum, this restaurant has the potential to be very good but falls quite short of a good experience.

It took 30min to get a drink in the bar area... even after the bartender said he would be right over twice. Dinner was good, food could have been hotter. Probably not gonna rush back.

Sat outside for dinner with a larger group. Terrific views and ambience. Service was great, food was prepared well and tasty. However they sneak in a $50-$75 wine corking fee for every bottle ordered. Have called the restaurant 2x to speak with a manager to better understand this charge, but can not get a call back. Bottom line: Terrific views, service was great, food was good, but disappointed with issue mentioned above.

Stunning location, however service was slow (18 mins for a beer) which they did apologize for but seems a shame when it wasn't even that busy. Cob salads Ok, pretty basic and could have been improved. Weren't offered appetizers or dessert which we may have had, just given the bill when we were considering another drink... time to go then!

Our reservation for 5:00. We arrived at 4:30. Had to wait at a high table. Was told the server would be right with us. After 20 minutes, we went to the bar and put in our order. The high tables didn't have hooks for a purse. When mentioning it to bar tender, he suggested that we could put a napkin on the floor under the purse. Once seated, our server, Tina, took orders for 3 of us. There were 4 in the party. When she got to the kitchen, she realized that she only had 3 orders and returned to get the 4th. She did apologize. When bread was served there were no bread plates. When asking Tina about them, she blamed the young person who was responsible rather than taking responsibility herself. Her general attidude was not very friendly. It was too bad that our dinner with friends was spoiled by poor service. The views were outstanding but we're still not sure whether we would return and take a chance of having an evening ruined by poor service both at the bar and for dinner.

We had high expectations for this restaurant, noticed wasn't as busy but we had slow service. My husband asked for more bread and waited 20+ mins and nothing. Until our food came out is when we asked for it again and finally got more bread. My burgers meat was dry and unseasoned. Not sure if it was the waitress we got that Made our experience terrible. Food wasn't that great. But definitely not coming back again.

Spectacular views and ambiance is this restaurants strong point. The service is below par. Salads were delivered without pepper option. Request for it took 10 minutes and arrived after it was eaten. Main meal delivered to wrong table. No return service for more drink options. I've had better service at a Denny's. The food was tasty and priced according to the ambience and view. Nice guitarist playing

This place is gorgeous!! Views. Accommodations. Ambiance. Love it so much. Fish was excellent. Lamb + Burger over cooked and for the price that was disappointing but still overall great experience and we will be back. Also, the spa is a nice perk and outdoor pool has the most stunning views ever.

Enjoyed dinner, however, the service seemed very disjointed. The wine flight was not available, but they did offer discounts on the wine menu. One of our courses got forgotten so I had to ask for it. Desert was not as advertised. Overall, it seems the restaurant and bar has great potential, however, we were told many times it was a staffing problem. Staff is only as good as it's leadership, so I have to put the onus on leadership. Would go back, just hoping that they work out their process and people know their roles and responsibilities.

For a $368 bill on a suggested Valentine meal options, with no roses or even any red assortments in the dining area. Plus extra long waits on even getting the food to come out after waiting almost 35 mins between each meal. It was the worst Valentine's Day dinner ever! The food was in extreme small portions.

The place had so much potential. The setting and the views are fabulous. Aly our server was very pleasant but then disappeared because the kitchen was struggling mightily. They were delivering food to the wrong tables; mixing up orders; and there was a tremendously long wait (over 45 minutes between our salad and our entrees). My rare steak came out well done. Nevertheless food was good but for that price I expect the service to be good. It was poor. Really no desire to go back despite the tremendous venue

It was our first time there overall good experience,great views,decent food . Staff was friendly and honest (unfortunately still short handed). It was a little pricey for quality of food had a great time.

Overall, a great place with staff that is doing their best. That being said, they are understaffed and doing their best to address the problem. The food was great, the drinks were great, just feel bad as the employees that are there are trying to do twice as much with half the staff.

Service was great and our waitress was helpful and made some great choices. Enjoyed the wine but food was underwhelming. The short ribs are very good and highly recommend but the chicken was really dry. Dessert was good but nothing spectacular. All and all the atmosphere is nice but food is not worth the price.
