I come to this subway often and normally the employees are kind, welcoming and happy to make you a sandwich. I went today and they were working on a massive order and obviously busy and I was content to wait but when the young girl came to build my sandwich, she was visibly annoyed that I was there and very sloppily made my sandwich. I normally like Italian herbs and cheese bread and she told me all they had was wheat but there was a whole tray of herbs and cheese behind her. When I asked, she snapped that they were for the big order. This is your job, things get busy.. if you’re unhappy with your job, maybe you shouldn’t work there. I won’t be returning.

A big sloppy mess! This is what you get when you order sandwiches at this location. I can't believe how someone would think it's ok to make a sandwich like this. It was soggy, dripping and inedible. They just threw this together with no care at all like a two year old would. Why don't people have pride in their work anymore? I tried multiple times contacting the manager and corporate letting them know about their deplorable service and products and have been ignored. I guess management condones this disgusting type of service and food they put out. Stay away!

Food is always great. But today an older lady employee was very but hey when making my salad. I was asking for more or less of specific items (as you do when ordering on app) and she looked at me and huffed and said "Is there anything you don't want" !?" What happened to making you order like you want?! Especially when you paying over $15 for a salad? Will not go back if this is how the service will be.

This was the best subway I've ever been to. The bread was perfect and they even had giardiniera!
Bob did a Great Job preparing my sandwich ?, he built it like a construction specialist! He made it a Happy moment for my day! Bob’s personality shined and this visit a memorable one! Bob’s sidekick was equally helpful and friendly! These two people made an ordinary experience a memorable one! Nice ? Job Both of !Parking: Lot of parking ?️! And there is Handicap Parking ?️ available!Wheelchair accessibility: No problem here with wheelchair accessible parking ?️ or entrance! The restrooms ? are wheelchair accessible and the restrooms are spotless! Very Nice ?!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have given this store so many chances. Their staff is horrible, they're missing ingredients half the time, the bread is constantly being over toasted, they forget to give you a bag, like is anyone managing this store at all?! Plus both fountain hills subways closing at 6 is absolutely ridiculous. Most people don't even get off till that time. Definitely worth making that extra 10 minute drive to the subway on Frank Lloyd Wright.

I visited this location at 7pm, at first I questioned if the store was opened since the dining room lights where turned off, the door stated they where open until 9pm, so we went inside and ordered our subs. The employees were not the friendliest, there was thing younger girl who started to take our order with a real annoyed look on her face and earbuds in her ears and apperantly they where out of a lot of items such as breads and sauces. There is a lack in customer service for sure.

It is currently 8:23 and they were not open with lights off. says open till nine. they need to change closing time if they are going to make people waste their time because its not good for them. either bad employees or bad communication. horrible experience overall.
