El que limpia los showers nomás dan vueltas y no los limpia y hay mucha espera y en esta hora los parking estan vacios no es para estar esperando tanto..

This is a pilot truck stop. And just like all the truck stops it is overpriced. Normally they have available parking. Not a PJ Fresh it's a truck stop with no competition in walking

Have stopped several times there and between the bathrooms being closed for "cleaning", the Subway being closed in the morning (unlike the other Subways in Loves gas stations, who are open as early as 6am, if not earlier) and the gas being $1.00 a gallon more expensive than their competitors, it makes for a dismal experience, at best.

They had a gas pump scam and it tried to hit me $500. Bank stopped it. Contacted Pilot simply to tell them so they might do something about it. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Apparently the scam is still progress and THEY DON'T CARE!

Every time we stop at this Pilot to use the restrooms they are so dirty! Out of toilet seat covers and soap to wash your hands! They need to hire more staff to clean the restrooms!

For the love of GOD, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES. Stopped by to have a Subway sandwich, walked up to the ordering and there were FLIES BUZZING EVERYWHERE!! INCLUDING ON... THE... FOOD! Did the workers do anything about it? Sure, when they scooped up the food to put on your sand which they shooed the flies away... And put the food the flies were on in your sandwich. I almost gagged and ran out of there. Somebody please call the health department and report these guys

There isn't a PJ Fresh at this location.

Bathroom stop and a fresh cold bottle of water. It's super hot and super sunny in southern Arizona today! The station is located just off I-8 near where Arizona 85 goes north to I-10. It's super busy and there is a lot of transient traffic, so watch your surroundings especially if someone approaches you! Inside the store, open space, lots of food and snacks, coolers with cold drinks. The restrooms are in good condition. [Review 17510 overall - 96 in Arizona - 1028 of 2022.]

Disgusting filthy bathrooms and store. It is a shame Pilot took over this location from the gas station that had been there for years.

Now the fact that their staff is stoned usually wouldn't bother me, but I was in check-out line with 3 people in front of me for literally 20 minutes. Both the cashiers were incredibly slow. When it was my turn to check out, I asked if they had funnels (the only thing I got was car oil), and the girl looked at me as if she never heard that word before. So I slowly repeated myself & said "the funnel. For the car oil. That I'm purchasing as we speak." For a split second, I thought her single brain cell caught up with what I was saying, but I was wrong. She proceeded to tell me they don't sell those. Yeah, you idiot, you don't sell those. Most gas stations give them to customers with oil purchase.

Almost every damn trashcan at the truck parking area is full, while there's like 10 employees inside just standing around the registers with their hands in their pockets like they have nothing to do!

Totally disappointed they changed to Pilot. Loved the old Shell, dinosaurs, pottery. Not everything new is better. It was always a great place to stop on our way to San Diego. Just when I wanted some new things for my garden... oh well. It's clean.

Just because it's new doesn't mean it's better. I used to love stopping at that truck stop on the way to Yuma and now it's gone it had beautiful new bathrooms and I loved all the pottery and now it's just another crappy pilot. I guess it's bad to be different people just want everything all the same.

Do not be alarmed, the signs on the highway plus your maps will tell you this is a Flying J. But in all reality it's a brand new Pilot with a Subway & Deluca's pizza. Super cute and very clean in my opinion. We always loved going to pilot's so it's nice to see a new one on our way to CA.

Let's start off by saying this is not the old butterfield trail shell station us travelers have come to know and love- since it was leveled. The dinosaurs are gone, the pottery, ceramics and art that was once on display outside are also no more. However, they have replaced the Shell with this beautiful new Pilot gas station that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The staff was very friendly. They have amazing hot water to wash your hands or to shower, plenty of soap and even gojo grease remover for truckers, clean restrooms and a subway inside. They have plenty of goodies to pick up and snack on. The standard nachos, hot coffees, soda streams, icees, etc. It is brand new and being kept very nice and clean. They do ask that you wear a mask so please be respectful of those around you, and do so. I'm so glad to finally have a stop at butterfield trail. Where we can get in and out and not have to drive 25 mph through all of Gila Bend. If you're driving through and want a snack, to stretch your legs or a coffee to wake up stop in, they even had competitive gas prices whereas usually Gila Bend is a rip off!
