I have a decent experience at Arby's pretty often. This location is my go to since it's the closest to Queen Creek. My order has been incorrect a couple times but they always fix the problem and the employees are generally kind and straightforward. Been having Arby's roast beef sandwiches since I was a kid so it has a nostalgia feel, those Arby's sauces are amazing.

Came to this location last night. Went inside to place an order to go. This location was so understaffed for a busy Saturday night. Took over a half hour. I knew it'd take forever because there were not enough people working. 3 of the sandwiches were incorrect. The 4th sandwich a Reuben was awful and didn't have Swiss cheese. I called to get it fixed and when I went in today, did not receive my vouchers they said I would receive. I was told if I didn't get vouchers I would receive a full refund. I was only refunded for the missing sandwiches. I feel like they didn't make it right. Because I had to waste my time to go back. Don't waste your time here. Management is not doing there job, and it trickles down to a lousy experience for the customer. Will not be back to this location.

BEST ARBY'S SANDWICH...My husband and I went to the Gilbert, AZ Arby's on Market Street. We were greeted with a friendly smile by the cashier who was very nice. We placed our order and to our surprise, it was fabulous. We both ordered a beef n cheddar. The sandwich was the best EVER! The bun was soft, there was plenty of Arby's sauce and cheese. It was so enjoyable. I don't know if we've ever walked out of an Arby's saying everything tasted good. Way to go Arby's team @ Market St. Gilbert. Dont think twice about going here, I promise you, you'll love it as much as we did. We highly recommend this location.
The fish sandwich was surprisingly pretty good. I usually get fish sandwiches from other places. For a take out quick service sandwich, this one was a little better than most. The outside of the fish batter was still crispy and the fish was moist and flaky on the inside. At other places the fish is usually mashed and formed into a square patty. The cheese could use an upgrade. While I normally like the soft sauce-like cheese with tortilla chips, the nacho cheese sauce was a little weird. I would have preferred a slice of cheese instead of the cheese sauce due to the flavor. The roast beef sandwich was alright. It didn't have much flavor at first. I could primarily taste the roast beef flavor very lightly. With the sauce packets it got a little heavier bbq flavor. The sauce in the sauce packets were pretty sweet.

Decided to order online. Order two sandwiches with some extra sauces and they actually gave my sauce unlike most fast food places never add a straw napkins or the sauces. Was he hesitant to order french fries online? Because when I do get them from other places are cold, these were nice and hot sandwiches were hot paying attention tip orders online and details is very important. Arby's got it right!
