arrive to pick up my on line order, gave my name for pick up. The lady went to the back, came out the back picked up the phone took an online order helped a couple customers. 10 minutes later she tells me my order got given to another individual. Upset about the wait with no response I asked for a cancellation. The cashier let me know that it’ll be a 3-5 business days a refund will be given! like that was suppose to change my mind! She had no people skills’I could have been given a complimentry drink which I would have refused or something to change the mood a free arcade game!But they expected me to wait the additional time’ she went to the back & told the cooks that I canceledLike I was suppose to careWhere’s the leadership??

Pizza was too doughy in the middle to eat and just flipped around when picked up, which was disappointing based off the things I'd heard. The garlic bread and sticks were great and the pizza itself tasted good on the parts I did eat. I'll try again sometime and see if it was a one off and update.
Came here for lunch and got their salad, two slices of pizza, and a drink for less than $9 dollars. The salad is simple, just tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and croutons with a side of dressing of your choice. There are a couple of pizza slices you can choose from. I got the sausage and supreme. They have the salads pre assembled and pizza ready to go so you get your food super fast. Good quick lunch option in a casual pizza joint. You order at the counter and seat yourself. I've ordered pizza and wings before outside of their lunch menu and I like their boneless wings with the garlic Parmesan and sweet red chili sauce. Overall solid pizza spot, I prefer it for takeout or lunch.

Food was great. All but one young lady have Attitudes . No customer service skills at all. They Ignore requests when you ask them a question. Had to ask multiple times for things. We said thank you for delivering the food and other items and not one worker was able to say “you’re welcome” . The service has gone down hill. Although the pizza is good, service will keep our family from coming back. The Manager/Owner needs to have a staff meeting asap and get it corrected . At the end of the day, when 9 out of 10 peole seem miserable at work, it’s blamed on lack of leadership.
