Love this place. The Cotton Candy ice cream is a personal favorite. I love it in a shake. If the prices were a little lower, I'd get it every day.

Service was terrible. Young guys that were not trained well. Did not know how to take an order for a cake. Paid for it, then got a call the day I was supposed to pick up saying they need additional money to fulfill the order. Very strange

I took the family here for my daughter’s birthday per her request, because her friends told her they had a special treat on your birthday. They didn’t offer anything for her birthday, and didn’t even say “Happy Birthday.” They were pushy trying to get my kids to choose their flavors, and were not very friendly at all. Definitely much different than what I remember from when I was a kid!!!

Dirty and poorly ran. Stopped in during the early afternoon and encountered a very rude staff (the evening workers are typically very pleasant) but the early afternoon crew was rude and the place was filthy.

Very small scoops for the price! I cannot believe how expensive it is and how little you get. You used to get more for your money. I guess I’ll just get ice cream from the store from now on if this is the new norm.

Customer service is always less than stellar. I had a birthday coupon I wanted to use and was told they couldn't honor it after the order had been placed.

Two workers greeted us upon entry. One making waffle cones other offered assistance as soon as she finished with order. Single scoop in cake cone and small milk shake cost just under $12. Ice cream was really good and place was clean.

Very nice ice cream, everything was clean and this was like a busy place, we always enjoy eat our ice cream here, my complain is about the waffle cone because was like old and so bad that we can don’t even eat it.Have a parking place so everything was good.
I have been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid. Good ice cream and Elijah was super helpful and was good for customer service. Good job!!

Worst customer service and very inconsistent policies. A couple months ago I wanted to order a special cake for my daughters bday and when I went in there and asked how much notice they needed, the manager said only a couple hours not much time at all. Today I wanted to order a cake for my son and they said 24-48 hours. Then they said they could do one of their pre-designs by the next day. I went in paid and was told I could pick it up the next morning. On my way home I got a call saying they can’t have it done by the morning….. the same people who were there when I paid said they now can’t do it. No one knows what’s going on there.

I think there is more nostalgia than anything else but the ice cream is still pretty good. Prices aren't bad either. Just not like the best ice cream ever. I can say I don't think I have ever left sad I went there so thats a good thing.

The lady working on March 17, 2023 @ 5:02pm, was very rude. I was told to call for a cake needed for next day. (24hr) and she refuse to help me saying they need 48hr. which is not true because I got many cakes in a 24hr advance.

Called ahead for a Grasshopper pie, they did not have any due to a shortage of of the pie shell. Rebecca offered to make me one with a different shell and it was fabulous. And she did it in 2 hours instead of the normal 24 hour timeframe. It was a favorite for my sons birthday. She went above and beyond! Will definitely make sure we visit your location more often. Thank you.
