Thank you again and you have great products and my continued support.Original post: Not sure what happened but this time when I ordered I must have got a couple cookies found from the first of the week. They were super dry and not very good. One was sooo dry it was hard to even bite, then quickly turned to dust once you got into it. Not sure why this cookie was in its own bag in the box of 4 but it sure was special. (Found out the gluten free come in their own bag so they are not contaminated by others with gluten) Your cookies are usually good but this time they were not.

The Store is Clean and decorated nicely. This was my first time visiting the store. I purchased 2 Pumpkin Cheesecake "Cookies". They are good, not great and somewhat overpriced for the taste and quality. The disappointment with a majority of these cookie chains is that the Taste and Texture is more of a cake and not an actual cookie. The selection is also very limited. If I visit again maybe I'll stick to a basic chocolate chip cookie.

Cute place but rip off for cookies. None of the cookies are priced, the boxes have prices on them and it states 1 cookie for $4.64. When I picked a cookie the lady rang me up $5.16 for 1 cookie and when I mentioned to lady, she’s like oh that’s because you’re paying before tax…Mind you she charged me 5.16 before tax and total was 5.56 with tax. I told her no, the box says 1 cookie for $4.64 and then said oh that’s because you got gluten free and it’s 50 cents extra. Again 4.64 + 50 is not 5.16. Anyways the cookie was horrible and I probably would never go there again. You can find way better cookies and for less than $5. I wouldn’t waste my time going in there if I were you, they only have like 6 options of cookies too.

Awesome new cookie shop popping up all over the east side. The decor is amazing. I love the homey feel and the cookies!! My family went crazy and I appreciated the gluten free options. Our personal favs are the sugar, peanut butter and the GF oatmeal chocolate chip (by far the best gluten free cookie/bar I've ever had hands down). Love that they use BUTTER!!

The place had been open just one day in Gilbert when I stopped by. The cookies are large and FILLED with chocolate chips!!! I just tried 3. They make different kinds on different days.
Best cookies! Love that they are not overwhelming with sweetness and have a softer center. Just a few bites satisfies your sweet tooth.

We’ve been waiting for Batch to open, driving past it daily on the way home from our office. We visited on the Grand Opening day and it exceeded our expectations, absolutely delicious! We had the chocolate chip, Oreo chunk, the Andes mint and a chocolate oatmeal bar. Don’t walk, run!
