Food was good nothing to special. Very expensive for a chicken sandwich at $10 and fries were not included. You do get a lot of fries. They also have a good selection of sauces. If the sandwiches were $7 it would be a 5star to me. Cheaper at Chick-fil-A and have a little better taste.

We tip our hat to you Shaq, the chicken sandwich with ghost pepper hot sauce was no joke! Thankfully staff was top notch on the customer service as we were tapping out after two bites. Otherwise the chicken tenders are our favorite item and the sweet potato waffle fries are toasty, sweet, and salty. Food always comes out piping hot & tastes fresh to order, and the wait time is reasonable.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor & indoor seating.

First off, the place was very cool and open to the outside. There was an L shaped bar that separated indoor & outdoor. Lots of places have that, just a minor note that this place does too. It’s not missing anything really.The staff were really on top of it and super nice.The food beats any pub style, dinner, food stand, fast food, ect for chicken sandwiches. I tried the Shaq Attack (get this!), and the Uncle Jerome’s Nashville Hot (good as well). Don’t assume this is just an average fast food spot, the details put into the Shaq Attack were artisan.

Came in for the fist time for lunch on Sunday. Got there just before noon and every table in the place had crumbs on it and floor was not very clean. (Didn't notice this until after ordering, would not have stayed otherwise). Sandwiches had good flavor, but the chicken was overcooked and dried out. Very disappointed.

First the food. My chicken was kinda tough and chewy. Tasted fine, but all I really tasted was salt and something spicy. The Sweet Potato fries were very crispy (which is hard to do) so that was nice, but they loaded it with a lot of salt.Prices were ok, $9-12 for a sandwich. Wife commented that she would have liked to have lettuce and tomato on her "classic" sandwich.When I walked in it smelled like sewer gas and something foul. This means one of two things. Their grease trap is really gross or it's sewer gas. The men's room wasn't very clean and the sink area was really dirty (mirrors were all spotted), the faucet had a lot of water stains on it. Clearly this stuff is not getting cleaned. There was no paper towels. When I walked over by the women's side to get paper towels I gagged from the smell of sewer gas! The mirror on that side had a huge damaged area in the center of the mirrorWhile I was standing in line, an employee walked in from outside and as he walked past me I got a contact high from the weed he was smoking!!The soda machine was dirty looking and made me question even using it!!I thought the food was mediocre, although my wife enjoyed hers. The atmosphere looked ok, but the cleanliness and the stoned employee was a real turn off. Don't think I will be back! Too many other places to get an expensive chicken sandwich in this town!

Having grown up in Nashville, typically I avoid restaurants attempts at a Nashville Hot Chicken, but Shaq DUNKED per the usual. Everything about the food was perfect, staff was not only happy but genuinely seemed to be glad to be there.
The first time that we ate there was great. The sandwiches were very good and the strawberry shortcake shake was awesome. The second was not so good. Our sandwiches were half the size and the machine for shakes wasn't working. The man behind the counter was very unpleasant.

We wanted to try someplace new and randomly choose Big Chicken. Next time I am BC adjacent, it will not be random that I return.Ordered the Big Chicken and Ultimate. Imagine if Chick Fil A were good and you have Big Chicken. There are so many pickles! Fried to order, which is a warning in of itself to not bite into the sandwich early. But we all know that none of us can wait and will burn our mouths; it's worth it. The mac and cheese in the Ultimate was impressively good. Most chicken places serve mac and cheese, which is Kraft at best and .... at worst. Theirs beat any fast food mac and cheese around.The fries are the unsung hero. Was skeptical when they arrived, but weeks later, I found myself thinking about those fries.The food is immaculate in taste with a very clean and inviting atmosphere.Parking: There is a free parking lot west of Big Chicken. Easy to find with ample parking.
