The service was not very good and after my meal had black residue on the eggs and the potatoes were turning black as well I tried enjoying the carnitas but I was only able to get 4 small bites of them. Between the poor service especially after I voiced my concerns and the unfortunate experience with the meal, I will not be returning. Their prices have gone up and they are now arguing with me about what portion of the meal is mine. This is pretty bad especially considering I am being very cordial and non aggressive. It only took 3 tries to remove all the portions of my meal.

Yummy food! Great service! We are from California and every time we come to Arizona, we always have to stop here. Michelle, our server has always been very attentive and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Pay to order food over the phone? No country fried steak? Come on people*** update ***Well black bear diner down the road took my order over the phone no problem. Ready in 10 mins and let me pay when I got there so I didn't have to wait. It's ok.. I won't come back. We don't do business that way with companies like yours ?

Every items of food here was mediocre (including the eponymous biscuits) except the breakfast potatoes which were undercooked.

This place was Amazing and now I'll never go back. The food was terrible and burnt. Yes I said burnt, and they still served it. The part was my coke.

The service was great, the food not so much. The gravy was very thin with very little sausage and it was just warm not hot at all. I was there on a Wednesday at 9:00 am, very few people in the restaurant. It came highly recommended, maybe my experience was an outlier.

I always get the SOS here because it’s the ONLY place around I can get chipped beef gravy!! The biscuits are always so soft and delicious! It’s also one of the few place around here I can get my grits. The location is also prime, because it’s in the same parking lot as Sam’s Club, where I both shop and get my gas! I love it so much! The service is always great, but this visit was Cheryl. She looked clean and put together, super sweet, and was very efficient at not just helping us, but assisting the other customers as well. She was also very prompt with refills. It’s nice not having to wait for a server to round, then have to still ask for a refill, and then still wait for it. Great service!

The staff was nice but the food was horrible. The potatoes tasted weird like boiled in dirty water.

My daughter and I wanted breakfast and we chose The Biscuit House (formally Biscuits) for their breakfast. "LAST TIME HERE".. The only good thing was the coffee. I ordered the the Biscuit House Special which consisted of 1 Biscuit with gravy, 2 eggs any style, choice of bacon, ham and sausage, and choice of country potatoes, hash browns or grits. So I ordered the country potatoes and sausage to go with my meal. "Total Disappointment". The Biscuit with gravy was not hot at all, the potatoes were just boiled not fried and no seasoning, nothing just plain boiled potatoes. Needless to say it was not good at all. The price has gone up and the quality in food has gone down. I'm going to just cook at home from now on. My daughter's scrambled eggs had pieces that were shared, the chicken fried steak was the size of a chicken patty and tasted as if the grease was old, she had grits that were old and reheated, trust me; we know grits. Sadly she was looking forward to a good meal like she use to get from here, but was truly disappointed this time. "It seems like a lot of things have fallen down since Covid. I understand that businesses especially restaurants have to continue to make money, but geez where's the commitment to good food (and I mean GOOD FOOD).
