This was our first time! We celebrate my husbands birthday and our friends birthday every year at a steak house. The food was delicious but service was extremely slow. We understand we're also paying for an experience but we waiting for our drinks for an extended period of time and our waitress rarely checked in so that was a little disappointing.

First time trying out this place, celebrating Mother's Day and I highly recommend this place! The food was amazing, hot, fresh, and good proportions! The restaurant has well-crafted cocktails and great seasoning on the food. Another cool thing about this place is that they have special menu items that can honestly put on a show before you dig in. The service was the highlight of our experience because of how good it was. Our server (Hate that I forget his name...Maybe starts with a ‘D'?) was sooo accommodating and observant of our table/food. He held our door when we walked out and ran to the parking lot to bring our forgotten to-go bag...Who does that?! So awesome, would definitely go back! This restaurant is for sure a place to splurge so just be mindful of the menu because it can add up quick, but honestly you really do pay for what you get :)

This venue is modernly elegant and classy, with a magnificent bar displaying towering bottles of all types of liquors strategically displayed in the background. All staff members were polite and professional; our server, Darby, was excellent when explaining the whole menu, enhancing the seafood and great choices of steaks, especially the Elite Prime cuts. My wife isn't much of a steak eater, but the fillet mignon transformed her into another dimension, and she continues to highlight her dish as the best she has ever tasted. I'm more of a Ribeye person, and I indulged in my bone-in cut; the French onion soup & Wedge Salad were terrific. We would come back to celebrate birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. The General Manager Shadi Zaki & Manager Scott came by our table to see how our meal was and if there was anything else they could do for us. This speaks volumes and indicates that they genuinely take an interest in & care about patrons. Congratulations, Bourbon and Bones; this restaurant checked all the boxes for my wife and me. Thank you for this excellent experience at your restaurant, Gerardo & Lori Lopez, SEMPER FI

Service was good, disappointed it took 20 mins past reservation time to get seated. Noticed that 2 other couples with a party of 2, checked in after us and got seated before us. Atmosphere was much louder than we anticipated. For the price of the meal the food was okay!

We enjoyed everything about our experience. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and nothing was a disappointment. Smoked Manhattan, pork belly appetizer, New York Oscar style, and complimentary birthday dessert. Pedro did a fantastic job. We're from out of town but would definitely come back!

We love coming to Bourbon and Bones. The service is always amazing. The food is really good, we try to get something new each time. The pork belly, spare ribs, calamari fries, and creamer spinach were amazing. The butter cake was out of this world. The only thing that was not wow was the asparagus and the ceviche. The ceviche was almost like a veggie salad, did not taste like what a ceviche should be. Other than that, everything was great and we will come back.

Food was decent, but not to the quality for the pricing. We had the fillet mignon (not Waygu) and would have preferred the Top Sirloin from The Keg vs the fillet. The preparation was done well, but the cut of meat was nothing extraordinary. Super noisy, so don't bother if you're looking for something cosy and intimate.

Bourbon and Bones is our go to for important events like birthdays or visits with friends. The service is absolutely outstanding and the food is wonderful. We have never had a bad experience with anything.

I've worked in steakhouse l's in Chicago for 30yrs, server service was mediocre not attractive. Food was good not great, the best thing was the server assistant( yes I didn't call him a bus boy).

We came here for a birthday celebration with 4 people, we got sat in a high top table near the bar. We were a bit confused but didnt say anything. We noticed there was another area to sit in with booths. I wish we would have been given an option on where to sit but we didnt know they had them until halfway through the meal when we went to the bathroom. (Regardless we could have asked. Just would have been nice to have that as an option). The service was great, almost too great ? we almost constantly had someone at the table. The food quality was really good. Everything tasted great, although the portion sizes were definitely small for the price. The scallop entree had 4 scallops and the ahi tuna had maybe 5 slices. I understand upscale restaurants do that, it was just very very expensive for how much food you get. All in all, it was a nice experience, I probably wouldnt go back for the price though.

We recently used this restaurant for a private corporate event for 25 people. The service and food were excellent! Amber was great! They provided AV and were available to help if needed. Overall , a very good experience. We will definitely have more events at this restaurant.

Service was great until we finished dinner. Then we waited for 40 mins ...at that point they did bring a free dessert for the birthday we were celebrating but at that point we were ready to go and it took about 15 more mins to get our bill and close out. Not sure what happened but with kids on a school night it was tough waiting an extra hour to leave after dinner.

Plenty of other options for great steak for less $$$ elsewhere. Spend it if you got it! The atmosphere is good. I don't understand the niche, but that's not to say they do not have a sound and loyal customer base.

Not worth it. Sub par steak, terrible service, all for more money than steak 44, Dominick's, etc. first and last time visiting sadly. Gotta do better if you want to play at this level!
