I was there for lunch yesterday and had the lunch combo with the wedge and the lasagna, it was amazing! We stopped there on our way to the airport based on recommendations from friends and this place did not disappoint. Johanna did an amazing job as a server and made sure our table was well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

I was totally impressed with this establishment..white table cloths, spacious booths, nice bar area, immediate seating, a most friendly staff, and excellent food. I have no complaints. I love this place, and expect to patronize again.

We went to brio last Friday evening. By far the worst service we had ever received. Our waitress was so rude and never came to check on us. The place was not bust. The host checked on us more then the waitress did. Got our food and the sauce was so watery I didn't even eat it. My daughter asked for a refill and she slammed it on the table and walked away. Sad thing is by the time she dropped hers off we all needed refills. Instead of worrying about her tables she was in the back talking. I used to love brio and spent a ton of money there. Unfortunately after that experience my family and I won't be returning. If I wanted olive garden service and food I would have just gone the there

Took forever to get our drink order and we had to ask for our waiter several times to help us. Same for the people next to us. Vegetables were cold. Other than that the food was not bad.

First things first, KEN, provides the most professional and excellent service. He practically read our mind when we were finishing our bread, water, etc.The food was delicious and savory.I loved the lamb chops! As for atmosphere, it’s good, I wish they played different music to fit the theme of the restaurant.

What happened to our favorite happy hour place? Obviously, Samantha, the bartender was new and far over her head. There were only 7 people at the bar and she just couldn't keep up. The restaurant itself wasn't busy- God forbid she'd have to make drinks for the entire place. We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged for waters or drinks. I can't emphasize how bad the service was. Samantha just had her back to everyone as she struggled with the screen on the ordering system. When we finally ordered 2 martinis, she made them dirty (which we despise). But, we drank them because it was the only game in town. To place our food order, we had to flag down table servers and, thankfully, they handled it. When we voiced our dissatisfaction with them and asked for a manager (along with others at the bar), we were told that the manager wasn't in. The chef was in charge and came over and listened to our grievances, as well as those of others. He was savvy enough to comp our bills, which was appreciated but we tried to emphasize that we'd love to return but "happy hour", shouldn't be "agita hour". Samantha wasn't ready to be on her own, nor did she have the skills to make people feel welcomed and acknowledged.
