Simply go to another location. This place is incredibly slow. I placed a Mobil order and still waiting 25 min. 1 whopper and 1 drink. Very little card in the parking lot. Very poor customer service at this location. UPDATE: To make matters even worse ... just got home and they put mayo all over it when I ordered ahead on the app with detailed instructions with no mayo. Then after making me sit there and wait for 25 min, he comes to the window finally to tell me they don't have the drink I ordered. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great service, made my chicken for the chicken wraps again when they noticed an issue with them. Even threw in French fries. Keep up the good work I will be back.

Came here last night (10/7/23) and got the absolute WORST food poisoning ever from their whopper. All I had was the burger, no cheese, mayo, and onion with a side of fries. I was feeling well all day up until an hour or so after eating from this Burger King. I've been throwing up and having god awful diarrhea all day. I will never return to Burger King, especially this one.Update:Teledoc visit and Urgent care visit established as symptoms continue to worsen through 10/12.Do not eat here.Update 2:I was sick an ENTIRE 7 days because of the bug I got from this place. The health department seriously needs to step in and ensure that either food is being stored properly, the employees are practicing good hygiene, and/or the quality of the meat needs to be checked. I cannot believe how close I was to going to the ER over this. I was throwing up AND had diarrhea for all 7 days straight.

We always get great customer service at this Burger King whenever we need something quick! Especially from Hayden, who is always courteous and asks if there's anything else we'd like at the window.

I’m not sure if Burger King overall has lost its quality (for fast food) or if it’s just this store. We ordered chicken sandwiches and French fries. Both horrible. Cold fries. Chicken sandwiches were sloppily thrown together and did not taste like the ones I am used to. We threw it all away.

I ordered Tater tots, Croissan'wich and onion rings. The Croissan'wich and Tater tots are perfect and taste amazing. But the onion rings are overcooked, so hard for me to eat.

We ordered through the website on 12-15 around 11PM. This location did show open till midnight we drove over 15min and got there at 11:35 well before closing time. The drive thru window gave us an automated message saying they were closed so we decided to drive to the window and see if someone can help us there was 1 other car in the drive drive and they got there food and when we got to the window the associate looked at us and walked away didn't even acknowledge us we waited for about 10min and decided to go thru the window again and see if they would see us and again we waited for another 10min at this point it was 11:50 and we saw a back door was open so we got out and yelled for someone to come and we simply asked if they got our order as we did pay for it they told us to get away from the door and kicked it shut and told us to come back through the window. We then approached and they didn't even open the window they instead started making the order we put in 50min ago. We then waited another 10min at this point it's midnight and we got our order. This was an absolute horrible experience and the 2 boys working were not at all kind. We weren't even at this point wanting our food and simply were asking for a refund which they were not going to do might I add. Horrible experience!

The manager AJ Cardenas is outstanding! I have managed in the restaurant industry for many years now and I wish that I had more employees like him! Way to go AJ keep doing what your doing!

The Fry's were a little cold and the seasoning for them were a little off. But it was a long line, so maybe that was the issue, just handling time. No big deal otherwise everything else was good, especially the ghost burger, felt like a little more sauce, but other than that great service!??
