We ordered the family meal for 4, which included brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and two sides. We ordered an extra pint-sized side, going with potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni. The whole meal was ~$65, which was more than enough for four adults and two children. Overall, this was a great BBQ spot, with quality service. Check out the Sweet-n-Spicy and Arizona Gold sauces.

The brisket was to die for and everyone was so kind and even when it was busy they still took time and make sure every single person was happy and eating a great meal. The tables outside were very clean and it was a very good looking place. They provided cleaning wipes for your hands and had a variety of drinks and food

Caldwell County is the best BBQ I've found outside of Texas! Everything I have tried here is top notch, especially the brisket, the sausage, the beans, and the corn casserole. I love the kid-friendly patio section outside that is open enough for my young kids to walk around between bites. My family has been back several times, and will be back again.

Did a little search of the area after a long hike and this place popped up. It had good reviews and they were not wrong. When we arrived, there was quite a line. Apparently the front door is basically useless because the line wraps around back. I will say the workers were incredibly fast and even though the line looked daunting, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes of a wait.I got a barbecue sandwich and a side. The barbecue was incredible. Tender pulled pork and amazing sauce options. The potato salad was good in a neutral kind of way. Nothing unique about it, but the benefit of that is that it is a certain crowd pleaser. Everything tasted really good quality. I like that they don’t use frozen meat and seem a little more local oriented. There were a few vegetarian/vegan options, which I always appreciate, especially at a barbecue place. They also were creative in terms of how you ordered – you could get a plate or combine a few things. They also had some homemade desserts that looked delicious.

Sorry for the length - REAL REVIEW:Previously coming here, we didn't have the experience we were looking for. The setting and place itself is just awesome, so it was a little heartbreaking. The owner found out about it after a comment I made in a community group. Now, to be clear, I wasn't saying people shouldn't go there. I had recommended a different place and I had said that it wasn't for me but I was happy that there was a local family owned place that others could enjoy.Skip ahead....the owner reached out and asked me to tell him about my experience. After I found the message in spam almost two months later, I was debating if I was going to reply. As a small business owner, I figured I'd want to know too, so I did. We had a conversation which made me happy and wanting to give them another opportunity. I didn't ask for anything in return or wasn't expecting anything in return, that's not fair for people to complain for free food, it costs everyone money including the customers when prices go up.We went in on Saturday, April 13th. Walking up, employees were cleaning tables, the windows, counters, and picking up after others. The owner's brother was working his tail off behind the counter with three other people as it was seemingly busy. We ordered a platter of brisket, butt, ribs, potato salad, pickles, and drinks. We didn't use any sauce at first because we wanted to try it on its own as it should be good either way, and it was!! Everything was cooked amazingly and the fountain sodas had a good mixture so it was refreshing. We sat outside and were surprised to see an employee spraying down the windows on the door again and others wiping down tables almost immediately after people left. This is EXTREMELY important as cleanliness is the first thing a customer notices and it shows pride in the business. After about an hour there, we made sure we had meat to take home as well. YUMMY ?Service being the foundation of any business = 10Cleanliness = 10Food/beverage = 10Us returning = 10Recommendation = 10Give them a try if you haven't. Seriously, give them a try. Looking forward to going back very soon!

I cannot describe how good the turkey is. The other meats are also excellent but i have NEVER had turkey like this and that's why it's a standout to me. Like, otherworldly good. The cornbread casserole should be illegal, and the banana pudding, my lord, packed with banana flavor. I couldn't decide which sauce was my favorite, I cycled through all of them. The AZ Gold for pork, and the Sweet n Hot for brisket. The prices are just right. Outdoor seating was awesome and even though it was buzzing busy, there was plenty of room.Oh, and the prices! They're basically handing it out for free for the quality. Loved seeing the wood and the bbq pits when we went in.
