I only get a chance to come to this location when I take my son to a birthday party at Jake's Unlimited lol which is pretty often! Because I live in South Scottsdale. Today Jared and Laila were absolutely so friendly! Jared patiently walked me through the process of adding my previous Punch cards to the online option! Awesome customer service from them both! The pistachio baklava was fire!!!! Yum!! Chai was delicious! Thank you Jared and Laila! I might just have to come here more often, not when I'm just waiting for my son at a birthday party! : )

The blonde girl and the dark haired guy that were working absolutely crushed it! I almost left because the line was so long but watching them handle it was so impressive! The coffee was good too. Great first impression of the place!

Been coming here for many years with my family and have always loved it. Unfortunately, they keep changing their coffee powder to their own blend which is disgusting. It not only has a weird earthy taste but it makes the blended drinks extremely foamy and they seperate. I am hoping enough customers complain and they go back to what the customers love and keep coming back for. Inconsistency in products is a business killer.

Cool / Quirky little place. Great coffee. Staff is cool. Huge area inside to sit and work on things. Not terribly busy or loud. Patio is awesome and shaded with some fountains.This area has a lot of Starbucks around. Go here instead.

Very quick and friendly service on a Sunday morning. For two people working at 10:45am, they crushed the line of about 8 people. Love the outdoor patio with the fountain. What a scenic way to sip some coffee or tea whether you are leisurely enjoying the day, studying, or even catching up with a friend. I'll definitely be back as a 16oz iced caramel machiato is just under $5! You don't see that often in other shops nowadays.

Great little spot with a cool vibe. Drinks are well made and very friendly. I got a hot cocoa, which I felt wasn't as chocolaty as I was hoping for. It's more of a hot milk taste than chocolate but not awful. Could be better.

I come here to study. I don't mind smokers but be aware they are out in the patio but it is still very calm and beautiful here. I got for the atmosphere and wifi. Great for enjoying a coffee while you study.
