Can’t go wrong with cold stone usually. Employees behind the counter did a good job with portioning out the order at this location.

Tonight my boyfriend and I planned a date night, and decided to treat ourselves to ice cream. When we arrived, the employee with the dark reddish/purple hair was sitting outside on her phone, and seemed annoyed we entered. No hello, how I can I help, just "what do you want?" The family that entered behind us seemed hesitant on staying. When we said we needed just a moment she walked away and came back with the same "what do you want" comment. We placed our orders and it's basically just ice cream. Hardly any of the things we added are in there. The strawberries I asked for, I only got one. His Oreo cup hardly has any Oreo in it. At this point I wonder what's the point of even coming back. Service was rude, quality is not there, and it's disappointing that it costs $20 for it all. Definitely source other cold stones with better ratings if you can. This was simply disappointing.

Small and very little toppings, waffle bowl was stale and hard like it had been out for a week or more.

Creative flavors and great menu variety. Great service too. Love the berry cheesecake

Why is the customer service so bad. 1 it takes so long to scoop the ice cream and put it in a cone I was there for like 10 minutes because everyone was slacking. 2 The manager is so mean I don't remember her name but it started with a L. Workers there are very disrespectful to fellow workers and customers. Stay very far way we need this place under better management or even better closed.

Came in to get a couple of cups on a Saturday night and was pleased with everything. The only complaint I had was that the staff didn't ask if they were for there or to go.

It's sad to say this but recently I've really been dissatisfied with this location. The employees are nice and always making me comfortable but it is always understaffed. Every time I go in there, the employees are running around clearly stressed. They are doing a good job but shameful behavior from management. I have prior experience in management, and no way would I ever leave only 3 employees working on a Saturday night. Considering the kids have such good customer service, even in the awful conditions they are put in I give them a thumbs up for that.

The employee that was working at 4pm on a Sunday was very unfriendly. After completing mine and my young sons order which was just small vanilla cups, she reached out and purposefully dropped the ice cream from several inches on top of the counter rather than just placing them on the counter. I have never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant establishment in my life. Hence why I’m taking time to write this. The men’s restroom was also extremely dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. The large trash can was over flowing with trash and there were paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Looking at the other reviews on this location I really hope something is done. We will not be coming back.

Went in with my husband for an ice cream treat on a busy Sunday. I order the dairy free silk and it looks like soup when served up. I stated it’s pretty melted and she commented, “ it’s just because it’s non dairy.” Really? Then what was the excuse for my husbands regular dairy? She said I’ll let my manager know. I said you should do that because no one expects to pay $15 for melted ice cream. Her response….”I just work here.” Umm, don’t you think if the case cooler isn’t working, it is your job because you work there, to let someone in charge know what you’re serving up?!

Poor hygiene. While I was in the store, an employee was making an ice cream cake. She dropped a big chunk of ice cream on the floor and then she went ahead and scooped it right off the floor and put it on the ice cream cake she was making. I feel bad for the customer that has to eat that cake. That store needs a supervisor to check on the high school kids working there.

My sister and I came at 9:48, their hours online and on their window show that they do not close until 10. They had doors locked and the open sign off. There was a gentleman in front of us who worked for a delivery business who had been waiting even before us because the order was wrong. He pulled on the door and knocked. His order was wrong and he worried about the customer complaining that the order wasn't correct, but the two girls inside wouldn't even look at any of us to even say that they will no longer be taking orders and can't fix his order. They straight up ignored all three of us and refused to engage. One girl was sweeping and wouldn't even turn around even though this gentleman knocked. He then walked away frustrated and me and my sister were still waiting and the girl behind the counter was laughing. Then she shut the lights off. A business doesn't lock their doors BEFORE closing time. Even if they couldn't make our order, or fix this gentleman's order, the professional thing to do would be to at least let us know that it wasn't doable. But to completely ignore us knocking, standing there, and quite literally refusing to even engage even though there was still 12 minutes until they closed was extremely rude and unprofessional. It ultimately made all of us very uncomfortable. I will definitely be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow.

It's so unprofessional and rude and not only did they risk giving this gentleman a bad review if his customer is unhappy, but they made us feel uncomfortable. Definitely will be calling tomorrow to make sure we complain to the manager as well.

We walked into this location on Mother's Day around 7:30 pm. There was a line almost out the door and online orders were plentiful. The three young ladies behind the counter were working nonstop. They were friendly and courteous with every customer they waited on. I think every customer in line felt the same way I do as I heard a couple of people compliment the staff and let them know they were doing a great job. I agree! Those girls could have gotten flustered and made mistakes. As a matter of fact, while our ice cream was being prepared the young lady stopped what she was doing and asked if me or my husband was allergic to peanut butter as there was some very close to the ice cream she was prepping for us. It was Very conscientious and thoughtful of her to ask. The staff was great and the ice cream was, as always, worth the wait.

Dissapointing experience. Cold stone is so much more expensive than other places but its worth it. We went new years eve. There was only one person working. A doordash driver was angrily leaving telling us it wasnt worth the wait and she had waited an hour saying the order was never made even as she waited and other customers were served The ice creams in the case were almost all melted and they were put of half the ice cream flavors and half the mix ins and only had a couple plain waffle cups left. I would give one star but despite it all the poor guy who was the only working was exhausted and overwhelmed doing his best with customers getting angry at him. We made due with the little ingredients left to choose from. Sadly disappointed. Hoping management will read this to do better and give the rockstar kid who stuck it out alone and didnt quit a big raise or bonus.
