They don't even mix the blizzard. First time I'm like ok but again and again and after reading reviews do yall even talk to employees or just ignore it? Do I have to order and say "add extra mixing?" Is like the top looks good and after a bite or 2 it's just vanilla and no more flavor. This is the most plain cotton candy blizzard. It's a part time flavor I wanna experience it while I can.

Would give them a zero if able for service tonight. There were 7 employees behind the counter. It took them 45 minutes to serve me a medium blizzard and a small chocolate dipped cone. Unbelievable!

I have gone on like 4 different occasions after 6pm and they are always and I mean ALWAYS out of bananas! Haha I know it’s something weird to complain about but like the only thing I like from there includes bananas! So weird. I just stopped going because they’re never going to be stocked with bananas ?
This Store went from a 4 night a week visit for our family to none. The last 3 trips. Service is horrible. The blizzards are not even blended, just ice cream and half cup Reese. It's unfortunate. Oh and tonight when I went I asked for whip on my blizzard and I got 3 others. Well this chick didn't check which one they put the whip cream on, so I assumed it was mine. Gave my Lil brother "his" which was mine. He's allergic to peanut butter and.... well thank God for epi pens DQ. Not okay... now having to go to the ER. Do better. Care more. This old manager never would have done this. BTW he didn't even swallow it, just took the bite but he's so allergic... it's no joke. Yall need to train these new kids...

Employees never seem to know what they are doing manager was rude. All we wanted was 4 kids meals with shakes something we order regularly and the said that has never and can never happen. Then took 15 min to get me the 4 shakes I settled for. Asked to talk to the manager at the window and was told they had answered my question. This is my first time taking time to write a negative review anywhere.

Picked up an order for delivery, and the worker there named Samantha made us feel very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if she knew how she was treating people, but she was argumentative and aggressive. It was pretty unprofessional. I get that younger people need jobs too, but that was the weirdest interaction I've had in over 5k deliveries. I hope it's better next time!
