Everything about this place was just sad and depressing. The workers were clearly miserable and didn't even acknowledge us to the point of us having to ask where do we order. The sliced brisket I ordered was cut into cubes that was mostly fat and tasted off. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was cold. My wife's sliced chicken was cut about an inch thick and the bacon on the potato didn't even look cooked. Even the soda seemed to have given up and was flat. We are now just hoping we don't get sick.

Ordered delivery and only received half my order. We ordered directly from Dickey's. Based on their FAQs it says to contact the restaurant directly if it was ordered through the Dickey's app to resolve any order issues. I tried to contact the restaurant multiple times and no one answered the phone. Never heard back. Half my family didn't get their dinner. I looks like I'll be fighting for a refund. Not very customer focused if they don't answer their phones.6 They are quick to respond to reviews wanting to make things right. Sent an email to the address provided and nothing. Crickets. Zero customer focus. Disappointing.

Can’t speak for interior atmosphere, my wife went out to order and pick up 12 sandwiches for wild card ball game event at my house.I don’t even think they actually cook, probably use microwave to warm up the food! 12 pull pork sandwiches are dried, the meat itself is drier than the desert!Should have read the review! $140 wasted!

We've been to Dickey's many times over the years. We've tried this location a handful of times and somehow it manages to get worse and worse with every visit. If you go in here and they say they're out of something (which is extremely often), consider yourself lucky. Because if they do have something in stock it's most likely because it's been sitting in there for months and is going to taste absolutely terrible. Even the fountain drinks were 90% out, but we weren't told that and had to pay for drinks. There's literally just a bunch of Bush's cans beans laying around s everywhere. Their Texas toast is stale. Their meat taste like leftovers from 3 weeks ago. The place looks and feels dirty and abandoned despite being fairly new. It's crazy how this start crappy and somehow got worse. At this point it's hard to find one good things about Dickeys. We beg you, please shut it down do something else can go here.

Imagine my embarrassment, after ordering a meal to feed 6 people grieving after losing their mother, only to have enough food to feed one person delivered. I am sick and was not able to deliver it personally, so I placed an order early in the day to be delivered at 4:45pm. Not only did they not receive the food I ordered, but they received completely different food!!! My friend told me what they had delivered, so I immediately called the restaurant. The woman I spoke to apologized, but said they didn't have anyone available to deliver the correct order. She offered to and did refund my money instead. This is NOT ok. I will never go to Dickey's again and will discourage any and everyone I know from doing so. That was my best friend and her family. I told them I would be providing their dinner. Not only did that not happen, they are left to scramble to get dinner while dealing with their loss. I feel like a complete idiot for ordering from this restaurant. It will NEVER happen again!!! I wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a couple in the restaurant when I visited. The employees seemed busy with orders somehow. At first I wasn't sure why. Another couple of customers were waiting in the front. One of the customers eventually received a packet of food and she left. Later, the couple sitting at the table got their food. Then a guy in front of me in line had his order taken. After that he sat down at one of the tables. I then had my order taken. One of the other customers who had been in the line then received her order of food. After that my food came out. At that point another customer arrived for her take out order. It seems like there was quite a lot of business happening today. The pulled pork sandwich I ordered was good. I think the buttery bread was delicious. The pork was a bit dry. I should have added a lot of sauce to my sandwich. That probably would have made my sandwich better.

I posted my initial review, also 1 star, on November 9 and they finally responded 3 days later to the post with an apparent apology and a plea to get in touch with Ann from the "Social Team". I did so on the 12th and to this date, still absolutely NO CONTACT or response or refund to me initial email and 2 follow up emails. Crickets... Absolutely terrible customer service and follow up. Save your money, go to one of the many BBQ places around here and don't reward this poor behavior.

Don't ever order online, there's a huge disconnect between the corporate site and restaurant. I ordered paid and they didn't have any potatoes. she couldn't even do a refund. Place was filthy, never going back.

Tried to give this place a second chance, the food was good but had to request and made sure they gave me a fresh never opened pulled pork. I have to say the girl was very nice, never asked for the name but she was talkative, and accommodating to my request, she gave me bbq sauce and wasn't stingy, however the the man with long hair was rude. Making sarcastic remarks and trying to get every penny out of me, really?

The 5-Star reviews must be either paid for or from people who've never had food before because oh my god this was so bad. Please don't go here. Everything was dry and gross. I don't know how but the bread is simultaneously burnt and slimy. The fries had no seasoning and tasted like if McDonalds fries sat in a tub of grease for a month. Bleah.

EVERY single time I order from this location they never have the food I want! They don’t just NOT have the food They let me place the order then when I go to pick it up they tell me they don’t have it available They don’t even let you cancel the order!! Just tell you to pick a different order!! And it’s not just with me, I deliver for Grubhib and EVERYTIME I go to pick up the customers food they tell me to call the customer because there out of CHICKEN!! It’s a disgrace!!! The owner should sell the company or it’s going in the ground !!!!!!!!

We ordered ahead on the app. Food was not ready at appointed time (it was a surprise to them that there was even an order) and they were out of one of the things we ordered. I doubt we will ever try again.
