I even showed up a few minutes before they opened this morning because I didn’t realize it was so early and they still offered to make my coffee for me which was so kind of them.The customer service this location is superior to many of the locations

“Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the history of the Dunkin’s” I asked for a double shot of espresso she gave me a double shot of mocha then she left the slide door open when I paid and the food I ordered flew away. ? The coffee was nasty as hell I had to wrap around and ask for sugar. She gave me a sugar and no stir so I honked the horn and the ugly girl with the black hair just ignored me. So I called and they didn’t want to answer the phone. I couldn’t go in because I HAVE 2 INFANTS IN THE CAR!!!! …..MAKE IT MAKE CENTS

If you want to have your entire day ruined, then this is the place for you! The older nasty woman who works here and "greets" you with her attitude in the drive thru is such a joy to speak to. I'm not sure how she's even still employed here. The second she opens her mouth, I know exactly how my day is going to go. Food lately has been alright and they haven't been out of stuff like they were a year or two ago. I still have to come to this location for my Dunkin fix but thought I'd leave a wonderful review!

I visited DD today and was served by a very helpful and friendly lady named Whitney. She was polite, very courteous and I could not have been happier. She's a student, want to become an RN and I know if she does she'll do very well in helping the people she deals with. I would like to suggest she gets a raise or at least a commendation for being such a nice person and dealing with customers in such a professional way. dude every single time I show up to this joke of a Dunkin Donuts they literally have the worst attitude and they never have any supply. "Can I get a chocolate sprinkle?" Sorry all the chocolate ones are gone. "Can I get a strawberry sprinkle then?" Sorry we don't have any of the sprinkle ones. "Can I get glazed?" Sorry We don't have those. "Can I have the specialty donut that you guys are literally advertising on the board?" Sorry we didn't get those this morning. "CAN I JUST GET A DONUT ITS NOT THAT HARD IT IS 8AM IN THE MORNING GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER" Well sir we have coconut donuts and they are stale thank you.

This was the worst service the manager who answered was absolutely so rude, was taking a second to order i was greeted with “hello” in the rudest tone ever. I proceeded to order 3 total drinks got to the window and they only had two then we asked if we could get the 1 one we ordered and the manager look straight at the other employe and said “ I asked her “ the worst service ever

Just... yikes. I stopped here on my way to run a few errands, thinking I'll grab a quick sandwich and coffee. I ordered the sausage croissant and the butter pecan frozen coffee. First, they were out of croissants. The asked me if a plain bagel was okay, I thought "sure, no biggie. I like bagels" and agreed. Second, the service was decent and employees were nice, which was good. The coffee I got is delicious and very sweet, however, they forgot the caramel drizzle, which is half the reason I got the drink. Third, the food. The bagel was stale and hard, impossible to eat. Which, really, wasn't an issue as the entire sandwich was ice cold. From the cheese to the egg and sausage, ice cold. The only thing moderately warm was the bagel and that was inedible. So I basically wasted $10 on inedible food and all I got out of it was a screwed up (but still decent) coffee. ... would not recommend and will not be back.
