Terrible customer service... was trying to do a pregnancy announcement inside the box. They were bothered by the request and made me feel like trash so I just told them I'd do it myself. Wouldn't take my 50$ cash when my bill was 33 and change..Really ? Sour faces the whole time and sarcastic hope you have a nice day. I should have just canceled my order honestly. ?

I tried to provide feedback directly to the location, but it was too difficult and generic to make sure the right store got the feedback. Anyhow, happened to be in the area Sun at 8AM, so drove through for a couple of coffees.Ordered the 'Signature Churro' and was asked if we wanted cream or sugar. Huh? Asked if we could get them as lattes, they said yes. Got the coffees, they were not drinkable. Looked back at the menu, the 'Signature Churro Latte' is supposed to be a latte. Coffees were so bitter and watery with a ton of foam. Had they been drinkable coffees, there might have been half a cup of actual coffee it. We were too far to go back. Person taking the order sounded bored and distracted, seemed pointless to call in and let the same person know.I know people have bad days, but I definitely do not recommend this location.

We live 2 minutes from this Dunkin and they consistently sell the oldest donuts they can find. This Friday morning, we stopped by at about 9am and never to disappoint, the donuts taste like they were made days ago, along with a Red Velvet donut that looked like it had been nibbled. All happily boxed for the fool that is the customer. Why don't the employees here care? Why doesn't the franchise owner care about this store? Corporate Dunkin needs to look into this store-

Nice location. Very helpful staff. My drink was a bit too sweet, and the woman working there made me a new one. The breakfast sandwich was really good!

The worst customer service, with workers who don’t listen and don’t make fresh food! I sent corporate an email about one of the short oven workers she has the worst attitude. I get my breakfast and why is. HOT breakfast cold? If it was just made? They wouldn’t dare take this type of treatment if they were spending money somewhere. I hope they reevaluate their customer service training or whatever they call it. If I could give negative stars I would give 100. The food look cold in the picture and is cold in real life. The funny thing is, when I asked for the over worker to keep the cheese while it cooks she had a nasty attitude but proceeded to say she leaves it when it’s her personal food… talk about customer service. Don’t work a job you don’t want!

The coffee is good here. I just order a large black coffee with nothing in it so I generally don't have issues with it. But the donuts are another story. I just can't eat them. They always taste day old and I found out they are! They aren't made onsite. They are made in a warehouse offsite the night before and brought in the next morning. So that explains every Dunkin Donuts ..... but now that I know that I save myself the calories and skip a donut!

I'm not sure what's up with the people that work at this one but even the simplest order they struggle with. I asked for a medium iced butter pecan coffee with cream and sugar. I get a medium iced original watered down coffee. Not sure where the disconnect is but you guys need to train your employees better or at the least hire people that listen. Just crappy when you stop to spend your money here on the way to work to get down the road and realized they effed your order up. Great start for your morning. World runs off Dunkin, yeah okay not with your employees running it into the ground. Won't be back.

Girl was so rude upon ordering and at window. Burnt my avacado toast. I asked for bacon and I got a sliver ?. OM gee worst experience ever from a fast food place. Dunkin has the worst rudest employees ever. This isn't my first bad experience with Dunkin but 3 Rd time is the charm I guess ??

I showed up at 630 and they were closed. Online says they close at 8 and the door says 7. They shouldn't have been closed. And there was 5 kids that showed up at the same time and had to go next door.
