Worst drive thru. They get your order wrong and demand you pay for the wrong order. Stay away from this place

The customer service is horrible. The females that was assisting us on the cashier was very rude. I had ordered a total of seven burritos, and she stated that I would get one bag of jalapeños with carrots that contained three pieces of carrots and two pieces of jalapeño. She was very rude when she was speaking to us when we picked up our order when we had asked if there was any way that she would provide us a little bit of more carrots. She mentioned that the policy is only one bag of carrots, and we would be needed to charge for any additional bags. Again, I have ordered seven burritos, and she only wanted to provide one bag of carrots. After arguing with her, she stated that she would give us three bags of carrots, but was very rude about it. I told her next time I will do each order separate and pay 7 time.

THIS LOCATION IS FRAUD! I saved my receipts because I started to notice that every time I went to buy a bean and cheese burrito they charged me a different price in a matter of days. One day it’s $8.00, two days later it’s $9.50 three days later it’s $10.60 for the same bean and cheese burrito. it’s ridiculous. I go to a Filiberto’s down the street and they charge me the same price every time. THIS LOCATION IS FRAUD!!!

Went here for "taco Tuesday" at every other filibertos it's $.99 per taco... not here. They charged over $2. Plus trying to eat inside or even order inside is very awkward.

Can you really go wrong with meat and fries? I don't think so and we have yet to experience anything but YUM and satisfying here. The conversation at home always go, "What if I wanted carne asada fries - would you eat some,? But the conversation should just be, "I'm going to get us carne asada fries." The location is close to us and I really like the set up at this store, the small building is cute and the lighting design of the shopping center at night is pretty. I've had good customer service each time and I have yet to experience any issues with our order! When the drive thru is full, expect to be there for a long time but if you've been here enough you'll know what to expect!

Haven't been in years. The price was a lot more than what I remembered. They didn't have the salsa bar where I could grab jalapenos and carrots, or Cilantro and onion.

Just did a minor drive-though pickup to take care of a green burrito craving. Prices are up, of course, but I get two servings from burrito, so it's all good.
I love the California burrito with extra green chili sauce. The food is really good, the portions are always so big I always have to share. Staff are always friendly, quick and efficient.
I use the drive thru but I'm always treated by freindly staff when I order and the food is always good & affordable.. I've never had a problem in all the years I've been going there with my orders definitely
