Cool spot, Pizza crust had strong flour flavor. Probably not fermented. or too much flour when they rolled the dough balls out with a rolling pin and tons of flour. The mushroom pizza came out with giant chunks and mushrooms which were not fully cooked. Unfortunately, the back of the house staff are in the front, not friendly, didn't even make eye contact. Seems like we came at change shift, the guy leaving was bitching and moaning about filling an order. The two younger kids that came on just ignored us completely. Would skip this place and go over to Bella Gusto.

Came here to celebrate my last day of college ever. We were craving pizza and Fire and Brimstone truly satisfied our craving. It looked crowded at first and the line was long but in reality it took less than 5 minutes. When we got to the counter, the cashier was very nice and sweet. Even with the long line and crowd, the enthusiasm radiates from her and is definitely appreciated. I ordered the carnivore pizza and my girlfriend got the vegetarian pizza and we got an appetizer of pita and hummus. When we got up, we were able to find a spot to sit. The wait time that the restaurant has is based on the wait time of the bar for those who want food and alcohol. But we didn't want any so again we were able to find a comfy seat. Only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star for a perfect dining experience is that the tables need to be wiped down more often. We had some crumbs in our table and felt uneasy from how unclean it felt. When we got the pita, it was great. The hummus was of amazing quality and the pita was fresh. And the wait time was very short for the appetizer. After a few more minutes, we got our pizzas. The carnivore pizza was amazing and my girlfriend loved the vegetarian pizza. Great quality and freshness as always. We didn't finish our food and I walked up and asked the staff if I could take the empty pizza boxes for takeouts, the staff let us know the pizza boxes were for take out and were very chill. With short wait times, good fresh food, and an amazing and chill staff. I would recommend people to come to this place.

Love the pizza love the staff great place to chill and enjoy some time with friends. I would go early on weekends as they tend to get busy but always worth the wait!

went to fire and brimstone with my kids a few days back and I was surprised by how good their pizza was. I have heard some negative things about this place in the past but it was great. the service was good and the place is clean. prices are a little high but it's worth it.

We got two pizzas to go so we could sit outside and eat them. The first one we got was the seasonal special pizza, the plate lunch pie. It had great toppings, great sauces, and a great crust, we really liked this one. We also go the baked potato pizza. We were not impressed and we were honestly disappointed. There was almost no bacon, which was a bummer. More surprising was that there was barely any potato... on the potato pizza. Each slice had about one or two diced potato pieces and a bite of bacon. For a $16 pizza, that's pretty small, I'm expecting way more toppings, and not bites that are all basically just sour cream and cheese. Comparing the two pies via photos, one pizza had significantly more toppings to it. This was our first time here, not sure if we'd come back.

Some of the best pizza that I’ve had in a while! The crust is my favorite. The service was fast and friendly and the decor was on point also!Update: the last few times Ive gotten pizza, it’s been just OK. Barely any cheese one time, and then waaaay too much cheese on the other. It seems inconsistent lately. :(

Food was tasty and there was a wide variety of options from a simple margarita pizza to a pickle pizza. It was nice having the brewery next door as it allowed us to play a game and order drinks while waiting for the food. Wait was 45 minutes but went by fast!

Sorry but no. One of the worst things I've eaten in a long time. Ordered the aloha and the potato pizzas. The aloha was CRIMINALLY salty. Couldn't eat it and the potato was not much better and neither had much flavor. On our way in I heard a man complaining about how salty his was too but thought it was just his preference. Clearly not as we too thought the same and we both love salty things. It was so salty my throat was burning. Also plates and utensils would be nice. I do not understand the good reviews. It could be good if they lowered the salt and made the pizza more flavorful. But at this time I do not recommend and I'm sorry I believed the good reviews so disappointing...

This is one of my favorite places, and we have been a regular customer since they opened about 7 years ago. The pizzas are good, sometimes fantastic, and made with quality ingredients. I stopped making my own Neapolitan style pizza at home after they opened because we enjoyed their pizzas! It got so busy during peak hours, they had to expand the kitchen so the wait would not be so long. We were so excited when they reopened, but the new menu and opening has been a bit of a disappointment. The pizzas and salads are still usually great. We love the Italian salad, and the pizzas are sometimes amazing but there is a consistency issue. Sometimes they are rushed, or the oven gets over-worked so they come out looking under-cooked. Sometimes the pepperoni is nicely cupped with a slight char, and other times it is just warmed up. The soups are still yummy, but they come out just barely warm since the reopening. The Italian sandwich has quality ingredients and great flavor, but with a surprisingly skimpy portion of meat.Rarely will anyone ask how the food is, so if you have an issue, you must track down someone. They will cheerfully offer to remake it for you but if you have been waiting and are hungry, you end up just eating it. This is after a tip up front, so it’s a bit frustrating. Some of the other new items I have not tried, but I am hesitant about trying a $20 dish where you tip be-forehand and without any real follow up and inconsistency. We will still be regular customers, but I had to remove a star.

We went for the first time this week after a friend recommended the Dill Pickle Pizza, and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager brought our kids pizza dough to keep them busy. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
