I used to really enjoy coming to Firehouse subs but this is the last time. I have run out of patience. They have definitely gone downhill in their customer service. Too bad because I used to consider them above the rest. No more.

Me and another customer stood in line at the register for nearly 10 mins before anyone came to take our orders. Everyone looked busy making sandwiches except 1 worker. Dawn just stood over by the bread rack looking out into the lobby like she didn't see us waiting there in line. Keegan took a pause from making sandwiches and apologized for the wait.

This place couldn't get a delivery order correct for anything. Ordered 2 subs with only lettuce and Mayo and comes loaded with everything. Read what the customer requests.

Tables were dirty. The overcharged me then tried to reimburse me then overcharge me again. The girl who made my sandwich coughed on it. Then handed it to me with the top of the bread completely wet. Then the two girls behind the counter kept watching me and laughing. Felt so uncomfortable eating my sandwich. Oh and they toasted my sandwich without asking. I didn't want it toasted. I hope to never come here again!

My wife and I stopped there for lunch today. My sandwich was supposed to have corned beef and pastrami on it. It came with shoe leather and roof shingles on it. I asked for jalapenos and didn't get them. I used to enjoy Firehouse Subs but they have really turned awful. 31 dollars to take one bite and throw the rest away. Low quality and poor service. Would have given less than 1 star but my wife was ok with her meal.

I've eaten at other Firehouse subs before. Delish. This time not so much. The taste was still good. My bread was not toasted enough. Was really soggy y time I got hone. I really dislike soggy bread.
