Food good but I recommend not leaving a bunch of kids to run the place. Soda machine dirty, all table dirty, counters dirty just makes you feel like what about the rest of the place? I e seen worse so 3 star.

The food is very nice. I got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. A good amount of meat, and a medium was good sized.But the staff was questionable. One guy actually seemed to care, but was frazzled. He forgot to scan my rewards code, for example. Very apologetic, told me how to claim my points. The other guy didn't seem to want to be there, and the girl wasn't paying attention to anything.Also, the commode in the men's room is not seated properly. It is very loose and wobbles when you sit. The seat itself also flops severely and needs to be tightened. Something that basic should never been seen by a customer, but repaired before a customer could notice. I don't think the staff here pays any attention, except perhaps to the clock.Addendum: answering the response from the owner, that just took me to a general feedback page. I already gave you the feedback. Asking me to repeat it in a different forum seems redundant and pointless. I review to help others, and also business owners. Unless you need further details, in which case, ask me. A general support page is not helpful.

The sandwich is good, a good amount of meatballs in each sandwich. There's no Mellow Yellow in the drink dispenser. No napkin available in the napkin dispenser until I call their attention and they refill it. Not to mention they had only 2 customers in the store when we showed up, so they should have had time to refill things. There's no hand soap inside the ladies room. I tried to call the attention of the crew but she ignored me. She is just standing there doing nothing. I called her 3x until the crew in the cashier called her attention and that's the only time she talked to me. How disappointing.

It's super close to our house and I'll never go there again. I swear the girl that took my order looked at my receipt to see if I tipped. I ordered a Pulled Pork sandwich to go. The pork was frozen, not even moderately warm. I took the sandwich home to put in the microwave, but my stomach is churning. Let's hope for the best, but I won't be back.

I hate paying over $10 for a sub and the order isn’t correct. Unfortunately I didn’t check it until I got home. I ordered a Turkey sub toasted and I got a cold ham sub, the toppings were incorrect as well.

It's more rare for me to leave bad reviews, esp when this business seems like a good one for what it stands for, but I feel like my review should be heard. I came here for the first time and ordered a turkey mushroom hot sub. I asked for "light" mayonnaise. What I got was basically a mushy "fully SOAKED" mayonnaise sandwich. There was so much mayo in it that the bread got soggy! To top this off, the sandwich itself was mostly just bread and mayonnaise, and was missing a good amount of meat/veggies in the middle. It was too late to turn around as I was on my way home out of state. I just ate the middle but felt gross after eating it. To top it off, I got a bout of food poisoning after eating this sandwich on my way home... being stuck in the middle of the desert with a messed up stomach is not a pretty picture! My family then stated that this location used to be good, but got pretty bad the last few years. I won't be eating here again. I gave 2 stars for the kind workers, but as far as what you dish out, please step it up. :(
