Ordered delivery...pizza looked like it was a day old..cheese was hard and crust was chewy...wings seemed to have Tabasco sauce poured over wings in the to go container...We always try to buy local. But little Cesar is better and cheaper...dont order from this place...they do not know what they are doing..Gross food.

Stopped in as a first-time customer, and I was not disappointed! Jerry was super-friendly and helped ring me up. He provided amazing customer service...great job! Ordered a white pizza, a meat eaters pizza, and I couldn't leave without trying a dozen of their peanut butter and jelly wings. Everything was top quality! Nice clean restaraunt, friendly employees, and delicious food. Locals, don't sleep on this place...it will be your new favorite. They do pizza by the slice ALL DAY, and have a bunch of good lunch specials. Thanks again to Jerry for being cool! I will be back for sure.

Great place! We have found the pizza chain places have super cheap deals but the quality is worse and worse. This place had new owners or management some months back and we were apprehensive but it's actually better pizza. Wings are hit and miss but still good. Seriously worth paying extra for a local place for great pizza. Great service too!!

Me and boyfriend found this pizza joint hiding behind Burger King and decided to try it. I’m so glad we did !!! This place is amazing!!! The pizza is just amazing and so good and seasoned, not to mention there HUGE slices !!! ?? There wings are so good too!! The workers there are the best !! There the nicest workers I’ve ever met, we have been there many times now and each time have been greeted with a smile and amazing service!! They do lunch deals for a slice and a drink exc ... all day which is awesome cause I get full off one slice there lol. I highly recommend to eat here if your a pizza lover ?❤️!!!!

The owner has no concept of consumer service. He very rude and self minded. Their was three separate occassions and he just doesn't get it. It not worth the hassle. If you cant tell by how he responds too other one star comments then your are as bright as he is.

I decided to give Frankies a try after seeing the great reviews and the hilariously savage responses and I gotta say the food was bomb. The pizza was way better than Dominos, pizza hut, or peter piper. The crust is fantastic. The pizza even passes the night after microwave test. I got some wings which were hot, cripsy and saucy. The garlic knots became a family favorite. 10 outta 10 would def get again.

Almost didn't order from here due to a few bad reviews, but let say I am so happy I did. The pizza was awesome and delivered 5 minutes early. The garlic knots were also so good, even the marinara that most places don't season was very well seasoned. This is some of the best pizza I have had in Arizona and I will definitely start ordering from here ( glad I am in their delivery zone!)

Two stars because they totally screwed up my order and spent 20-30 minutes trying to call to get reimbursed and gave up. The chicken Alfredo pizza was very good. I asked for extra tomatoes however and there were still only maybe 10 thin slices on it...disappointing. I ordered a large garden salad and instead got a box full of cut romaine lettuce. Nothing else. Just lettuce. Expensive lettuce with no recourse other the to drive back there since they weren't picking up the phone.

Haven't even taken a bite yet. Ordered 1.5 hours early and when I arrived was 15 mins late. Not good for a first time customer and the kid at the front could give two caps.

Came in on a Friday night, was a bit behind but they promised me a 30 minute wait. Really good pizza, as a new homeowner in the area I thought I'd give it a try. Friendly service and great pizza. Will come back :)
Living in this area for many years and this is one of the best pizza places we have found. Hidden gem. I got a little flyer in the mail and thought I would check it out. Crust is very good! The only downside was that I ordered an XL, which without looking into it was really a normal size large at other places. We didn’t have enough for our family. Next time we will order the New Yorker or multiple cause it was fantastic. Knots were yummy as well

I met with a friend today, we found this place to sit down and talk for a while and eat something. I order pizza and wings, the sizes were very generous, it was all very tasty, perfect flavors, prices are decent, the atmosphere was comfy, and the service was great! I will definitely come back soon. Between the awesome company, great talk and good food, can't wait to have the same experience all over again.

This pizza is not what they say. Their delivery is through a 3rd party so I can see the confusion with some of these reviews. My experience was not with delivery, just the fact that the pizza was under cooked and instructions were not followed. I am a pizza freak & was very excited to try this , but found I will not go back. The girl who took my order was very kind though ;) Thanks Eric for letting me know, I can understand why you feel that way. I try to post a positive about every business as well, we are dealing with COVID and it has been hard, which your staff is very kind. That is a big deal to me. I could have called, I agree , but as you stated we all mess up. So I will take the feedback and use it going forward. Thanks and take care !

Was looking for a new pizza spot that was local in order to support small business. I just called and the gal on the phone was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am in the business and own several restaurants across the valley. The food is gonna be picked up in a few by my gf but I had to write this review as I was truly impressed. If the pizza is anything like the service I wont have to come back to update this review. Definitely will be my new spot.
