I’m so done with this place. Used to be amazing. Every one of my last several orders has been disappointing. Items are either burnt, missing or not what I ordered. Calling to complain gets you an offer of credit (which they then can’t find the next time) or a refund which somehow takes 3 weeks to process. Newest order was just delivered. Pizza is undercooked and has half the normal cheese. Stuffed breadsticks are burnt. And they didn’t bring the garlic dipping sauce but marinara instead. Couldn’t apply my Howie rewards for the free medium pizza either which now I guess I won’t bother redeeming.

I love this place, but more and more frequently, they do not have gluten free. They always claim they call me immediately - not once have I ever had a missed call. Complete waste of my time.

It had been about four years since I ate here. I first came to this location when they first opened and fell in love with Cajun crust meat lovers pizza. So being gone for four years saw this place was still here and going. I had to stop. I was talking to the gentleman who was in charge and he let me tell this story to him and that my first stop being back was here. I tried my card and some reason the card machine froze up and crashed. After several attempts it wasn’t working. And it was now closing time. But he said he was going to make it for me anyway and he stayed just to make for me. That will leave a big impression of generosity. I thank that kind man. I left with my pizza and drove quickly to the atm and when I got back he was gone and store closed for the night. But he will hold a special place in pizza heaven with me.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two diff designated handicap ramps and plenty of parking to the ramps if you need assistance. The ramps are not steep and well visible.

Their cheesy bread wasn't good - Not enough cheese filling and way too much garlic seasoning, they burned the garlic flavored crust pizza which also had way too much seasoning, but their cheese stuffed classic crust pepperoni was solid! It's probably the only thing I would order again if we go back.

We walked in to HH and the smell was very unpleasant. Employee comes from back to greets us to take our order. As we're deciding I see a COCKROACH crawl across the oven! I said, " oh, what is that?!" The employees smacks it to the ground and says, " we're supposed to have someone come spray". I politely cancelled my order and walked out. I was getting the pizza for my kid who's been sick and had a craving. I'm so thankful for that big ass roach for making an appearance at my eye level. I almost fed my child a pizza from here!!

Pizza I received is not what I would expect from hungry howies. Iam baked and I still can’t eat more than 2 slices of my pepperoni and cheese pie. Pretty basic but it’s way off, cheese taste old , tomato sauce is sour, the dough is even off. The chicken wings were so so. The best part of my meal was the 2 liter Pepsi and kool deliver guy. Step it up guys. Don’t do hungry howies name like that. I’m rooting for you

Why would a pizza place outsource their phone call service to India? I have no problems with businesses sending callers to a call center, but for pizza? You should be able to call a specific store, talk to the operator to see how busy they are and possibly place an order.I called to place a future order and the guy went to their website and entered the order as I would, and then they charge you extra just for calling them.That is quite ridiculous.
I ordered an extra large pizza online with six ingredients. I picked it up and took it home before seeing that there was no bacon or sausage. When I called and spoke to the supervisor, I was informed that they were out of those ingredients. I was shocked and said, "you let me order it online, pay for it and then didn't even advise me of the shortage when I picked it up!?" He said yes, his supervisor told him not to call the customers and advise of the shortage. That is outrageous! If not illegal, it is horrible customer service!!!

Placed my order over the phone 10:45am (Store opens at 10:30). Small hand tossed with sausage onions and mushrooms. I was given a time frame of 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. After paying for my order I was told my pizza would be right out. 5 minutes later I started trying to get the employees attention as I had already lost half of my 30 minute lunch break. He finally comes over and THEN he tells me they are out of onions. At this point I am flabbergasted that my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet and demanded a refund. I have worked for several pizza places including Hungry Howies and I have never even fathomed service being this blatantly terrible. Now I get to drive back to work with no food to eat and dive right back into repairs on busses for the Higley school district on an empty stomach. Thank you so much for being so inconsiderate! Maybe learn how to come to work and actually do your job rather than screw around because you think you have all day to prep (ON A FRIDAY) and people like me that eat lunch at 11 don't exist. ?

We ordered pizza from this place, our app stated “delivered” yet we never got our pizza. I called the location and the man chuckled and said he will send the driver back out to deliver the pizza. At this point, it’s already been an hour . I’m not sure if the app was messed up or what, but the customer service is so terrible. They couldn’t even give me a call if they did have any problem finding my address. I had to call twice to remind them to please deliver the pizza.

I'm not sure what happened to their quality but this pizza is not even edible. We love the cinnamon sticks but this was literal dry bread with cinnamon. No butter or frosting. Just trash. Everything we ordered was awful. A microwave pizza would have been a million times better. What a disappointment. I don't know how staff can send food out looking like this. Never again.
