Good breakfast visit. They were renovating but still pleasant. Not enough visits from our wait staff caused us to ask for assistance from another waitress who seemed slightly offended as if we were bothering her. But still the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant with people enjoying their meals quietly around

Very bad service there, they left us for a long time without serving us and there weren't even many people, we were about to leave and they wouldn't even notice and the waitresses were busier cleaning tables than serving customers.
I hop has good pancakes but prices are ehh, service was alright but they were always busy so I can't blame them.If they hired more staff then this would be a 47/10

Just leaving the very packed, busiest day for pancakes. The Gilbert location was very short staffed but our server was beyond great! She was very quick with our orders and through all the chaos kept a smile on her face and had a very positive attitude. One of the best servers I have had in a really long time. Thank you Jessica K!!
