Of all fast food places in the area, Jack is the only one who consistently gets the order right. You can’t beat it for late night munchies. Great variety too. Went through drive through. I did not get my 2 chicken sandwiches that I ordered. They did not give me a receipt. I had to go back and pay for them again...I guess the customer is not always right

I ordered the double bacon sourdough jack combo and upgraded to the curly fires. It was ok for me to substitute the drink for the Oreo Shake. My total came out to be $18.10, which I was ok with (I think the regular combo was $12). At the drive thru, I gave the $2 coupon, but the cashier said I didn't have the drink, so he couldn't honor the coupon. I explained to him that it was ok for me to substitute, but you won't honor the coupon? I think it was because the 3 staff members didn't know to apply the coupon, and no manager was there. I tried to explain to them but because their English was limited, they didn't understand the logic that they allowed the substitution and rang the order as a combo, then they should apply the coupon. Anyway, when I asked for their manager, they said they don't have one on site. When I asked for their names, they gave me a fake name "Paul". The receipt said Juan. Also, I didn't get a double, I got a single. Besides the shake, I felt cheated.

We ordered Door Dash tonight and the food was so horrible. Burgers were burnt and tasted awful. The tacos were horribly greasy. The onion rings were ok. The French fries were cold and soggy. Unimpressed. Whoever was on shift 9/16, huge disappointment! There are so many choices out there and makes me not want to ever order here again.

The night crew was so terrible there was a issue ordering food from the tv thing then the guy tell me to pull I did then he ask me what's wrong with me and mocks me I drove off because I didn't want to deal with him I will never come back

$12 for a meal now? $5.36 for 3pc jalapeno poppers?! $8 for a burger? These are Chick-fil-A prices without the quality. A well-made, delicious In-n-Out Double Double is $5.05 down the street, just sayin'.

I've gone through here plenty of times because my son loves breakfast sandwiches. I can tell you that every time the workers are VOID of customer service experience. They have the straight face of misery and don't say anything to you. (Ie. Thank you for coming. Have a good day.. anything. Maybe even a hello or goodbye) Nothing.... the main person I see is usually some young boy with no experience with greeting or talking. Tonight, we went through, and yes, again, the young boy looks straight at you and hands you your food. I even say thank you... and he slowly shuts the window.... I say loudly, "Have a good day too," and of course, I made the people in my car laugh cause they were just as amazed that there was no life in there. They really need to work on them.... Also, my sandwich... ok, I'm not dumb. I know they aren't gonna look like the picture... but damn! I should have just gone to McDonald's...

I've had numerous run ins with Miguel late at night and I have never met a more rude and disrespectful fast food employee in my life. One time, he forgot to give me a water I ordered and when I came back to get it he said I need to "get educated!" Last night, my girlfriend and I stopped by to get some food and besides being completely rude while we were trying to order, he proceeded to yell/curse at us when driving away from the drive thru window. It's crazy that someone like this has been working there for a long as he has. The food is usually good too, but I'll take my money elsewhere from now on..

I have come over the past few years, typically late at night and it has always been the same, rude, disrespectful guy. Tonight we ordered a few items and did not give us 3 of them. We called them just so it would be ready when we drove back over and they did not answer. Instead, they would pick up and let the phone sit in silence. I understand it’s late at night, but do not work night shifts if you don’t like them. For now on I’ll drive to a further location.
