Mr. Big Time

2/10/2024 1:40amThe drive-thru worker, who barely speaks any English, made me circle around the drive-thru to serve customers behind me first. When i asked him why he made me do that, his response was "for the timer". When i told him "that's not right", his next response was "i don't care". Is this the way you train your employees to engage with customers? I will be filling a corporate complaint letting them know your guys are manipulating your drive-thru times and being disrespectful to customers.

Your average Jack in the Box, service at this location is usually fast and friendly, orders are usually correct, although I have noticed that they arr usually stingy with sauces.

Horrible customer service but what do you expect from Jack n the box at 2am I guess. Went through the drive thru on 1/21/24 @ 2am. Guy in the glasses and hat (don’t know name, didn’t give us receipts) was extremely rude. Asked for the sauces we ordered with our food. He used attitude saying they were in the bag. Looked in the bag and they weren’t there. Told him. He got even more attitude and started cussing at us in Spanish shaking his head at us.

I have found something wrong with the egg rolls this time I found actual thick cardboard cooked inside of the egg rolls see pic. Tacos were very soggy. Very over priced for gross food. They use to be great.

The tacos I ordered were terrible they were greasy some of them maybe had one little thread of lettuce. It was difficult to deal with the person taking the order and the cashier. It was difficult to get them to understand even though I was the only person in the restaurant when my order was up.

OkI just went less than ten minutes ago so let’s say the time was 1:15 a.m. I’ve gone here before but this time when I pulled up I decided I was going to get my go-to, loaded tiny tacos, or the drive thru’s person’s FAVORITE item on the menu b/c I could be like damn, that’s exciting(maybe I was gonna buy it for him(I def wasn’t (saving money for candy) but always a possibility)). I pull up, when he makes the introduction, I immediately ask him the question and 1) I am unknowing of this but if your drive thru speaker is sensitive or if your employee has a bias towards pure joy and excitement, not my problem but as Alessio Alessio said in his google review, I see I don’t think it’s just me. Now if they are two different employees from each instance, then maybe the hiring manager should look for individuals not seemingly unpleasant because THIS MAN SAID NOTHING. One worker on the clock orrrr…..? I was offended, so I raised my voice and simply ordered my meal, and then waited to hear something and again he said nothing. Once I looked at the screen and saw my order, I said tHaNks, whipped up and he gave me a look telling me he was in fact disgusted with me or something. Left to go make the food, when if he was gonna do that he shouldn’t have waited to look and already start cooking, that’s what I would do. they’re just adding fuel to the fire ?. I put my car in park, unbuckled my seatbelt and put my money on the counter #shortgirlsprblm and waited while repositioning myself to be legal to drive. When he came back he asked for sauces I said hot sauce please thinking maybe he could redeem himself and HE PUTS MY BAG ON THE SILL. My short girl status renewed I desperately used my left arm (my longer one) and even did a pulse to grab it, but alas the seatbelt held me back. Instantly enraged, I asked for my bag, and again other than saying hi and what sauces he said ZIP and hot girl status now, I made out of there and said have a f good night bc im disrespectful too, when pushed, although the fold door was hurriedly closing so whatev.I’m offended he made me feel like this, when I came up in high hopes. I literally just asked for a recommendation, and this man decided from there he was going to do the least. You’re a pit of despair? I’m a bustling volcano with MOOD SWINGS.Food review:My boyfriends two tacos were diff in temp… one seemed not as fresh for sure, and there’s only two like come on.My loaded tiny tacos box was fine, probably because of the nacho cheese. Hot tip for freshness. He didn’t give me a receipt so my total was 7.21 exact change cash for references.I hate to go one more mile to Gilbert just b/c the night duty doesn’t want to SPEAK UP ? and appease this customer ? but chains are chains and owners are owners what can I do other than write a lot with passion, live in a city, and cook for myself? you know if I called he would have hung up.I’m hot and typing this versus eating. Why?Honestly bc I saw three months ago the same thing thru Alessio’s review.Yeahhhhhhhh.You thought I wasn’t gonna hit post after sitting here typing for a very long time and then second guessing the length of my short to medium essay??Well, I decided to speak some words for you.(To just the employee specifically)Now I apologize.. up and down and all the way around.

Rocio and the staff working on the evening of 9/15 were completely rude and unprofessional. Rocio was impatient and unkind from the get go. The first thing she said when we pulled up was, “What do you want?” She was snippy and short the whole time we ordered. Oh well, it happens. We let it go. Then, after pulling away, we realized they forgot one of our items and the lobby was already closed so we went back to the drive thru speaker to let them know. No apology or anything. We were told, “K come to the window.” When I asked if someone could bring it out curbside because there were already 3 cars we’d have to wait behind, they said, “Nope, our lobby is closed.” I said, “Really? There are multiple cars now. Can someone please just come out?” Rocio said, “If you want your curly fries, you can come to the window.” Again, no sympathy was expressed. The whole staff seemed irritated and displeased. She handed us our bag with a blank stare. I asked for her name and after she told me Rocio, she closed the window on us and took her head set off and walked away. Terrible customer service. If you hate your job so much, find a new one. Maybe one that doesn’t involve customer service... I have no idea how someone like this would be allowed to work here.

I went for a large cuppa coffee and they charge me $3.33. I usually go to McDonald's and get the same thing and they charge me $1.80 wow what a difference.

Always friendly and fast with service. Food is always good, Never had any issues they even allowed a homeless man to get water and ice during 118 Degree temps last month without a fuss or charging him. Great staff and business.
