On Sunday 4/14, evening time around 5pm, we almost thought nobody worked there because we walk in, and stand around for a minimum of 5 minutes and almost left. They weren’t in the bathroom because we checked, both bathrooms were unoccupied. 2 dudes finally come strolling out to take our orders, without saying a single word to us. My husband didn’t even end up ordering anything, he was so annoyed. No apologies, nothing. It was REALLY bad service. And then I pay $9 for a subpar smoothie. Never again.

Jamba has been a staple for me since high school, and my daughter loves it. This location has sadly declined. Specifically on customer service and food quality. We went in on Saturday in the afternoon, and absolutely no greeting from anyone. Which if you know Jamba, that's the first thing you look forward to hearing... a loud "welcome in!!" Or "welcome to Jamba" But nope. Just a blank stare from the girl running the register. Then I say, "Hello, how are you?" To her and she just stared... with no response. It immediately became so awkward and changed the atmosphere completely. My daughter ordered a large razzmatazz and i got the pretzel. Even ordering was difficult because my daughter wanted to ask a couple questions and felt like she couldn't. So i helped her decide. We got our food and booked it out of there. The smoothie was good, but the girl burned my pretzel so it was pretty tough to eat. I just don't understand what's happened there. I think next time we will just drive a little further to our favorite location on Dobson.

Just ordered 2 small smoothies and one of the girls behind the counter looking at me and my daughter upset for waking us very short with me. I asked for a acai bowl and was told they don't have any topping for it or any ingredients to make it after telling me everything they don't have for any bowls or any thing. Then I get my order and it is missing a good chunk of the smoothie. When I asked about it the girl said that's how the recipe makes it, and it's made to a certain line below the top of the cup it was way below the line or any lines she was trying to point out on the cup, as she is not looking at me, taking away from me, waking away from me.

Went to this location to get a quick smoothie and it took over 30 minutes. There were orders in front of mine but for some reason, it was taking forever. There were two workers that day, one girl who seemed like she was out walking back and forth not doing anything and then the guy who was making the drinks. I then noticed they made the drink for the person who was behind me, first! I then asked about my drink and then they suddenly said they will make it now. As I waited, I considered many times if I should just get a refund.

I already didn’t feel good and my sister decided to bring me to Jamba Juice to cheer me up. Getting here we walk in and we aren’t greeted we simply say “hi, how are you?” and she just stared not even with a smile just a straight face. It was an awkward silence so we begin to order and all she says in the lowest voice “anything else?” We say no thank you that’s it and she says our total and as my sister is about to give her cash she just walks away and then comes back since we’re paying with cash. Just very disappointed with the service we were given by Haylee. We don’t all have the best days but we shouldn’t take that out on other people.
For a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised there was not more of a wait. I easily spent less than 10 minutes from entering the store, browsing the menu, ordering and receiving my beverage. The location was clean and the staff were very friendly. Love the mural on the wall as it made for a great picture! Definitely be back when in the area for my juice/smoothie needs.
