This is honestly the worst service I ever received, like in my entire life. I’m writing this from the parking lot so this is a current review. I see why this location has 2.5 stars. The place smells and the worker’s attitude stinks worst. Customer service was nonexistent, did not want to speak to me, literally TOSSED my order together all while having an attitude. If you are going to have these type of people serving your customer, just shut down now. Ugh! Update: provided feedback via the link provided in the response, never heard from any manger from the business!

The food is decent, yet very expensive. However, the worst customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I am generally a good tipper, however, I tip for excellent service, not because one is doing me a favor, which is generally how I am made to feel there. You might want to ask Applebee's down the street from you for customer service training, as they are amazing at it!

Fantastic customer service at this location. I frequent this JJs about once a week and I love the people they have behind the counter. Each time I enter, I am greeted even when it's a busy day. The team is always welcoming and have learned my order since I frequent so much. They make my order speedy fast and the food is always perfect. The store is always clean and the music is always on ready to welcome you into the store. There is plenty of parking making it an easy location to visit.

Made on order for delivery at 4:30 pm, order never showed up so we tried to call them 5 times over a 3 hour period to see what happened but no one ever answered. I then noticed later in the evening that my credit card was reimbursed the charge. Who runs a business this way. I really like Jimmy John's but this franchise/location has some serious customer service issues.

Ordered a #4 Turkey sandwich with cheese, nothing else, to go. Could not believe what I saw when I opened the sandwich at home!! Husband ordered #11 Country Club Ham and Turkey sandwich. He had slightly more turkey on his sandwich than on mine, but not much. We received an email asking for feedback, which we filled out. Corporate wrote back and basically said, "Sorry, nothing we can (or will) do for you. You'll have to contact the location directly." Guess Jersey Mike's just got all of OUR business from now on!

I love Jimmy John's but this franchise misses the mark. The costumer service is just plain bad. No one ever is smiling. You never get a "welcome" or a "what can I get for you today". Food tastes great. Also the pickle cutting skills could use some updating. I wish I wouldve taken a photo cause it was comical how it was cut. There are plenty of options for sub sandwiches that I might stop going back

Attempted to place my order on the app. App said call store to place an order. Called the store to place the order and asked to redeem the $1 off coupon for the sandwich. Store said no problem, we will adjust the price when you arrive.Upon Arrival, “You must place the order on the app to get the $1 off coupon”. <- same person who took my order on the phone. Duh, but your app won’t allow orders to be placed. “You’ll have to place the order on the app to get the coupon, we didn’t have it on for accepting orders, but it’s on now.”-them, like I didn’t understand.Complete idiots, good luck to the brain trust running this place.

Every time we go I swear we get less meat. This time my daughter's sandwich only had turkey on 50% of it. It's been like this the last few times and we're over it. The staff is always very friendly which is their redeeming quality.

Nice place, clean, plenty of people working for lunch time. Someone was always at the register, no one had to wait for staff to show up. The people making the food were listening as customers ordered and were already making my sandwich before I even paid. And very tasty too.
