My favorite place for tasty burgers. i wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good i couldn't stop. the service here is great. they have so many reviews for a reason.

This location serves up some very tasty hamburgers in a novelty-esque type fashion. Problem with Johnny Rockets is that in its heyday it was a very popular and there are just too many signs pointing to it being holding on to the brand for dear life. True, truth does not constantly reinvent itself but in the case of Johnny Rockets in might be a good idea. Maybe stick with the same period style but redecorate? One thing's for sure, you really got to clean this place inside and out. The outside is looking weathered and the inside is okay. The kitchen is always clean as it should be and better be. Don't let your competition take away your title Johnny. Lots of competition in the area. And to the employee I saw exiting the back employee entrance one say, bending over in tears crying, hang in there...no matter what there is always the stunning beauty of life.

Went here for lunch on Valentines day. It was not busy at all, which was a relief. The staff was really friendly, especially Willie, he was really good, personable, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was what you’d expect out of a johnny rockets, and was 100x better than the one at Arizona Mills. Most of all, the food was delicious. For the burger, both the meat and cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. My visit here was definitely made my Valentines lunch something special.

Been to many Johnny Rockets in my day. Ordered 5 meals. They forgot to cook one of the burgers. Brought a cold hotdog and brought the shakes after the meals had arrived. After they brought the burger that they forgot the hamburger was still mostly raw. They whole time we were in here it looked like they were just playing games with each other behind the counter giggling. Worse experience I have ever had in Johnny Rockets and most likely the last time I will ever go to one. There are too many choices in fast food to have food like this!!!! If I could give a zero rating to this Johnny Rockets I would not hesitate to do so.

Food was fantastic, but employees lack paying attention, such as if one person is asking for a drink or refill, or whatever, ask if anyone else needs anything, instead of one person asking getting back with product then asking again for what the other people need.

Now this is what you call "superb customer service" The manager and server were super accommodating and they accepted 2 groupons because there were several of us and didn't even make a fuss about it. Food was good and Service was quick and we tipped them the whole amount we saved from purchasing groupons!

Like any Johnny Rockets, I honestly like the food very much. But when my BF and I got there we seated where we wanted as the sign said to seat ourselves. This is more of a nit pick, but they did ask us to move because they were closing down the section. If you’re in the middle of closing sections, then please turn the sign around to say “Please wait to be seated.”
Had a groupon & found going in the afternoon was a good time to go. Can be busy in the evenings especially after the movie theatre lets out. We ordered the Route 66 which is a burger with sautéed mushrooms, onions & Swiss cheese. Very tasty. This comes with endless fries. We split a chocolate malt which they put in two glasses. Restaurant was spotless & our server friendly & accommodating.

Stopped for lunch there while shopping with the wife on 17 Jan. Fantastic burgers and fries! Our server, Will, and the rest of his crew were very personable, courteous and extremely attentive to our needs throughout our entire visit. And the atmosphere was great. We will definitely return. Give it a try if you happen to be in San Tan Village. You won't be disappointed!

Consistency. Not much else to say. The food is consistently good for a burger place, the staff is consistently friendly, bathrooms are consistently clean. Great place to go before a movie. Fantastic milkshakes.

Had my daughter sweet 16 party retro style at Johnny Rockets San Tan Mall. Tammy new manager set this place on fire with her attention to detail professionalism fun vibe that livens this place up to the 50s as it should be right down to the smiles on the employees faces and they're dancing talents it's a fun place to be and not only that the food drinks and desserts are excellent takes you right back in time! The owners should leave the decor of the place exactly the way it is because it is not only fitting a nostalgic it really defines the place as a local Hangout and type of diner! Too many places like this try and switch their look and lose their spirit they wind up looking like a modern Starbucks it's the places like this that you want to stick around and never change. Thank you Tammy JJ and staff for such a wonderful experience for my daughter's sweet 16 party we regularly frequent this restaurant and enjoy the new management the fun vibe and the 50s rocking music. They hired the right people to make this place really take off! Thank you to all hope it's a permanent staple in our community for years to come! My family thinks you sincerely and looks forward to seeing all of you soon if you haven't tried this location you're really missing out.
