It’s Monday at 12 noon. Traditional lunch hour. I’ll never understand “Hot & Ready” it’s never ready. ? A customer after me wanted 2 pizzas. He was in a rush and did not have time to wait so he just walked out. This has happened a few times for me, just the first time complaining about. I doubt anything will change, but just maybe if enough people complain or simply stop going maybe things will improve.

Ordered a Classic Pepperoni with light sauce. I got a cheese pizza, reordered the pizza to only to have extra sauce. Out of other Little Caesars, I really like this place.

I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. I waited for my order for 15 min. and ended up with two undercooked pizzas and a bag of raw dough pieces. I was already waiting. I would have waited the extra 5 minutes for cooked food then to have waited the 15 minutes for complete meal that my family cant safely eat.I also tried to come in to get a hot and ready on 11/01 at 1:30pm and the doors were locked and lights were off during the posted business hours. No sign showing they were temp closed or nothing.

First time in this location was a pleasure! Everybody there is extremely kind and respectful with big smiles. Dylan is a manager there and he is a solid guy! I wanted my bread sticks a specific way and he was enthusiastic about satisfying my request. Highly recommended location!
