I've ordered from different locations with no real issues. This location the girl at the counter couldn't understand english apparently because my order was not correct. Ordered cheesie bestest and cheese stuffed bread sticks. Got home and discovered they gave me regular bread sticks and regular cheese pizza. And it wasnt even decent. Booo

Ordered a Detroit-style Deep Deep and received basically a rectangular hand-tossed.Don’t know if the teenagers working were lazy, high, or both but they aren’t making food correctly.

So disappointed. We ordered a Detroit Style Deep Dish and a regular Ultimate Supreme, requesting both be Well Done. Not only we're they not well done, they were both undercooked!! The crust on both were doughy and yeasty, so much they were both sour! We had to bake both longer at home just to make them edible. Not making this mistake again.

Didn't pre-order as I hadn't been here in a while to know the hot and ready was no longer every day. 2 pizzas were done in about 10 mins. Watched an order being picked up from their self help area...person seemed a bit unsure about grabbing soda without any assistance.
I walk in and the girl “working” the register is sitting on top of the counter where they season breadsticks with her shoes touching it. I walk in and start to order and she is extremely bothered because she is going to have to get to work to complete my order. Worst service! If you’re going to leave teenagers in charge of a store please be sure they are willing to work or don’t employ them. Hire Mexicans that have a better attitude about working than these white folk.

Just know that if you don't order ahead of time there is no such thing as hot and ready at this little Caesar's. Use the app, or wait for them to throw it in the oven. Not that the pizza is bad, it's on par. It's just not hot and ready.... Just hot. They don't keep any in the hot and ready bank anymore. So order with the app.

We order almost every week from this Higley/Chandler Heights location. NOT because they're good ... because they're more convenient. Ordered jalapeño on 1/2 of our Italian sausage pizza this week. Received 1-2 pounds of jalapeños .. (Pictured above) I was 19 once - acting like a 10 year old, F'ing hilarious, right ? Note to self and others : OPEN your pizza box BEFORE LEAVING !! This is one of the "least managed" locations I've seen.

The center of one of our pizzas was raw, the deep dish was okay, had very little sauce. The bread sticks were pretty good, but we all were sick after eating dinner.
