I've been here for 2 hours and not ONE person has asked me if they could help me. I stood at the main desk waiting while people chatted. I stood at the hostess stand for 10 mins waiting to be seated and nobody ever showed up, so I sat myself. Had to go to the bar to order my drinks and food. Had to clean off the tables of the bowling lane we were assigned, and waited for another 10 mins while those who I assume are servers stood around talking. Finally walked over to someone standing at a station to ask how I could get drinks for the 5 boys we brought bowling.

i don’t mean to be complaining but Me and my girlfriend went for a bowling date night and the service was terrible. At the front they asked us if we wanted waiters and we replied that we did. It was about 30 minutes into bowling that i was getting very light headed and we still haven’t had any waiters come ask if we needed anything but the lane over to us was getting constant help. i had to go find the waitress and tell her that we wanted to order. we got our drinks but they never came back to us. we both made eye contact with them hoping they would see us hopefully ask us how things were and if we needed anything else. But they didn’t. i complained after our hour was up and the waitress didn’t even apologize and just defended her and her team and said that it was weird tonight and that we had to go hunt them down each time we needed something even though we are paying for an hour of bowling. ruined our night.

My wife and I brought our daughters here as part of their kids "free" bowling program. This place has just about everything.Our bowling experience was great although I was disappointed that the games ended early on around the 8th frames. When I notified the attendant though he was quick to fix and resolve the issue. Other than that we had no issues with the bowling.The majority of the game card stations were not functioning properly. My wife was able to get the last one to work to get our daughter's game cards. When walking through and playing games in the Arcade it was disappointing to see many games out of operation. Some of the games my daughters attempted to play did not function as intended. Which is disappointing considering they have such a massive selection of games. Many attendants were standing around in the Arcade and they did credit the games back that did not function as intended.We did not do laser tag or the ropes course so I will update you on those in the future.We had some further disappointment when it came time for us to eat it took some time for us to be seated and the restaurant lacked some of the ingredients to make their cotton candy Shirley Temple. Although our server did excellent Riley was very attentive which was amazing as they seemed short-staffed and he was also running and serving food to the bowling section. The food we ordered was hot and fresh. Their burgers are smash burger style and their chicken strips are crispy.Overall we had an enjoyable time. My daughters had fun and we will be going back but my expectations for this venue have definitely changed.

I came here a couple of days ago with my friends. Issac was helping us out at one point and he made me feel pretty uncomfortable. He asked how old i was and i found that pretty weird as it wasn't relevant to the conversation at all. He told my my friend was beautiful too. I eventually found another staff member. I think she was blonde, but she was super friendly and helped us get some credits back and fixed the game we wanted to play. Overall 4 stars because other than the weird guy it was fun!! Bowling is pretty expensive though

DO NOT GO THERE! We spent $400 for a fun afternoon and right away multiple games took our credits and didn't work. I went to get a refund on the cards since over 12 of the games didn't work. I was told by the manager there are no refunds because a 3rd party runs that and she can't do anything about it. There was no sign posted about no refunds. Also, no receipt was given when we got the cards. I would say over half the games didn't work there and the place was so disgusting with drinks and trash left everywhere. I was told if a game took my credits, I could get them added back at the ticket redemption counter. I told the employee there what was happening and I was told that most of the games aren't working properly and have been that way for a while. We will be going to Dave and Busters from here on out.

For as much money as it costs to buy credits, to have nearly EVERY machine either down or not working is pretty ridiculous. It's a good arcade area, if it were working at all. But screens were broke, joy sticks were broke, balls were missing, racing games were completely shut off, and card readers were not working with a "try again" message or glowing red. We had to get our credits readded to our card from games stealing them and not working over 8 different times.The most bothersome thing was that someone broke a glass cup by all the basketball games, which we all heard, and it was not picked up the entire time we were there. (Over 3 hours), staff was notified, and again, it was loud for us all to hear, but instead of having the shattered glass cleaned up, someone put a "Wet floor sign" by it. Luckily, it was a decently late friday night, and no small children were in the area.Overall, 2 stars for the place itself.However, 5 stars for the good chunk of staff we did encounter. The manager (assuming black shirt means that) was friendly and helpful with card issues. The bartenders were great. The staff in the prize zone area were awesome, friendly, and attentive. Kayla with a K (she'll know who she is) and not Kayla with a K were friendly, enthusiastic, and overall great attitudes. Hope you get to hear those wedding bells in the future! ;)

I tried booking two bowling lanes on their app, the total was $150 which I was happy to pay. After the payment had been processed the I never received a confirmation so I checked my bank statement and saw I had been charged twice totaling $300. When I called to ask for help they said they had no record of my reservation and would need to pay another $150 to book the lane I wanted. They said they hoped but weren’t sure that my $300 would eventually be returned to my account. Overall the app and customer service were just bad

Perhaps we just got in on a particularly bad day, but I have never experienced such horrible service. We called to check the wait time and they said there was no wait time for bowling. We were there within 15 mins and wait time was 45-60mins. Ok. Killed some time at the arcade (half of which weren’t working btw). Once we got our lane we were asked if we wanted a server assigned to which we said yes. We ended up having to hunt down servers for the next 20 mins!!! Out of one hour that we had. There was not one single person who came to check in on us. None. Zero. 15ish minutes before the end our screen stops working. It took them half of that to get it taken care of. I truly don’t understand how this place has 4K ratings.
