Needed food and found it. McD’s is pretty reliable.
Stopped at the McDonald’s on Val Vista and Pecos this morning to order breakfast. Went through the drive-through. When I checked my order I had someone else’s order. I just paid $10 for a large Coke and a plain biscuit. Very frustrating. The service at this location has decreased and is getting worse. It’s too bad your servers can’t check the orders to make sure they have the right one. There’s no sense in having a double drive-through if you can’t get the orders correct.
Constantly incorrect orders and quality is horrible. Wish there were another McD within a decent range. This one’s right across the street from my house.

So if you like sauces with your McDonald’s don’t order here. If you order from door dash you definitely won’t get any. I will not be ordering from here ever again. They can’t fallow simple instructions. They need to get audited

Tried to order the mcdouble deal buy one get one for a $1, and a large water (free)…… THAT IS IT… tell my why these kids have no idea what’s on their menu and tried to tell me when I went to pay “there’s only a cheeseburger” tried making me pay for two whole double cheeseburgers. Had to call the manager for them to fix it, the manager messed up and charged me for a bottled water when I wanted a large water, I ended up paying nearly $9 for two McDoubles, ONE was for $1 and paid for a bottled water. Y’all got to be special cause that was RIDICULOUS and I have never had issues here. Your new people suck if that is what this is, cause the morning people are way better and don’t mess up, especially THAT hard, like the employee and the manager messed up, what a joke. Not to mention I was the first one BEFORE ANY AND ALL these cars showed up but they took other peoples orders first when I been waiting the longest. SMH SPECIAL.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, they are definitely more expensive then others I’ve been to and everytime I’ve gone, my order is never right. And this most recent time I went I ordered two cheese burgers ketchup only, when I got up to the window I double checked to make sure and he said oh no it’s not showing that proceeded to tell me he had corrected it yet my burgers where not ketchup only. And one of the two you could tell it’s like they attempted to whipe the bun and redo it. Disappointing and disgusting to say the least
