Horrible customer service, the girls working there were so bitter and bothered when we were paying, almost like we interrupted their conversation even though they're on the clock all they had to do was weigh the ice cream and charge us. You can always find a different job if you hate it that much.

I've gone to tons of Menchie's, and it's the same every time. The yogurt is just so sweet and I get sick every time. The employees are always pretty rude. The place stinks like Grandma but I don't wanna be mean in this review but I want to be brutally honest there are so many other great places you can go to find good frozen yogurt usually for a lesser price than Menchie's.

Normally love going here but had Keyana there and it was not a great experience, rolled her eyes when being asked a question for help. You could tell she didn’t want to be here. It was sad and made the experience a not so great one. Maybe it was just a one off experience.

Yummy frozen yogurt! I love their boba and cant go without it in my froyo. I love to get the chocolate with some fruity, sweet yet tart flavors like the pineapple or the plum flavors they have.

went in to this location yesterday and when you get a negative feeling the minute you walk thru the door we should have left immediately.I am going to assume the older man was the owner and he was anything but pleasant. it was a yes and no answer and that was it. A young boy came in while we were there and was trying to find out cost and it took him all his time to answer this very polite boy.what he said to him did not help one bit and we could see he just had coins with him. he left and came back with a small bag of coins and chose a power drink - again nothing from the server. My husband went up to the boy and said would you like a yogurt and he said yes but he didn't want any of the candies just strawberries and he didn't take a lot. This young boy's should be proud of him and his politeness. The owner needs to take a course on how to treat customers of all ages or maybe his business might survive but if he acts like he did with us and/or this young boy I would avoid going there.

I've never been to Menchie's before and needless to say, I had a lot of questions! Pryanka was so incredibly helpful and kind. She made the atmosphere enjoyable, and the froyo speaks for itself. And it's like having dessert without the calories. Great spot and service here!

Always enjoy Menchies, I got the vanilla snow frozen yogurt, with strawberry and mango boba. I wish they had regular cake batter but they only had the cake batter with almond milk. I also love the mochi, it’s a staple for me. So a little upsetting but definitely will still be returning.

My daughter has been on the hunt for an açaí bowl place that offered all the toppings she wanted for less than $20. Who knew that Menchie's has açaí that you can add to a customized frozen yogurt bowl? We do. Now we do. And we'll be back. She got everything she wanted and more in a $7 bowl compared with $15 at another place that wasn't nearly as good - and definitely didn't have pineapple Dole Whip.

First time to this location. One customer waiting at register with no attendant in sight. We proceeded to the flavors to sample before making our selection. The tasting cups were not on the counter, but upon searching, we found them on a cart behind the counter. My husband picked up several and tried some new flavors. I intended to pick up two sample cups, but they stuck together and I accidentally picked up several. Not wanting to return them after touching them, I tossed all but the two I wanted to use. By this time the attendant had appeared, but was at the fruit buffet performing some task. She didn't offer a sample cup but when she saw me selecting my own, I was scolded. She said "I would've gotten those for you. "Had she been attending to her customers, then I'm sure she would've, but she was doing something else. She further scolded by saying "We usually allow only two samples. " I saw no sign indicating that, although I ONLY TRIED TWO SAMPLES. Very rude interaction. Won't be returning.
