Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They care zero about pleasing their customers! I had lunch with a group of friends. I ordered the Taco Salad. The entire top of the salad was full of avocado. unfortunately I am allergic and could not eat it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she totally ignored me. She did not even bother to correct the situation, did not care nor did she offer to make it right . I consider this to be very poor customer service. The waitress did not even care that I could not eat my lunch! I asked her if she could just bring me a small salad. She did not even do that, therefore I ate chips. This is not the only time I have had a bad incident at this restaurant. It has happened before. The food is good but because of such bad customer service I would not ever return!

Flavors that are really a cut above. Bold, terrific combinations of herbs and spices. Everything I’ve tried has been a pleasure. I feel it’s a place for people who want a dining experience with strong and exciting flavors. It’s definitely a place I look forward to going back to each time. The atmosphere is extremely casual-a great place to go with friends. (I always think I’ve found my favorite dish and then I try something new!) Service can be slow sometimes but the food never disappoints.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for persons in a wheelchair.
The Morenos on Higley and Chandler Heights is the best location of the restaurant locations. The service is the key, things happen but when things don’t go right how service responds is the key.Parking: Always find parking
Friendly service, delicious food, fast service. Every time we eat here we are never disappointed. It doesn’t matter how early or late we come they’re always happy to serve their clients. It feels like coming home after a long day of work. Staff has always been patient with our little ones, by offering them coloring pages. This is always a plus.

Very good salsa! The bean dip was tasty & creamy. Had a carne asada burro & chicken taco combo. Very pleased with food quality & quantity and the prices! I'll definitely be back & bring my daughter whom loves a good bean dip.
