5 mins at the counter before being acknowledged by employee. 20 mins from placing order to receiving order. There were 2 customers, me and someone who had ordered on the app. Should not have been that long

I love Nektar and have visited several locations. I often order their chia pudding and they charge me for the berry parfait and give me only chia pudding in the container per request. This location didn't even fill up the container to the top like other locations; yet charged me the full price parfait price of $5.99 :(

I cancelled my order a week ago and cant seem to get a refund, the supervisor in the store was very nice but cant get her Director to take care of it. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to her. She did everything she could to help me and has now given me the directors number to try and take care of this myself.I will not be using them again. Very poor customer service.

We walked in and they said it would be a 40 minute wait. They said they had a big online order but what confused us is why they cannot give us one bowl in between the online order. Put your in person people as a priority. not just your online people. We are the ones that drove all the way there instead of picking up their phone and calling them.

Quick service and good food. Kind of highly priced though for what you get.

I love this place...the berry açaí is my "go to" after workouts! However, recently I've been getting chunks of unblended fruit in my bowls which kind of sucks. Love the staff though, super friendly!

Our bowls were made very quickly and were super fresh! We got them to go and they stayed pretty solid in the AZ heat until we got home.

Love this place, tons of different options from smoothies, juices, detox shots and you can add or substitute whatever you want. Their reasonably priced and I would definitely be coming back.

I love this place, a little expensive but very yummy acai bowls, service is always on top of things. Only con is that it is pretty cold in there, but as someone who also has a job in food service, I’m sure they are sweating back there. Keep up the good work!

I was ready to buy a couple of juices at exactly 6:10 p.m. and to my surprise the door was locked. No sign explaining why. The only sign on the door is the listed hours which says it closes at 7:00 p.m. Workers were in there so I'm not sure what was going on. Went to Clean Juice instead, since they honor their hours.

The Green Apple Detox drink is fantastic but I find it is very inconsistent. My last order tasted like I was drinking a ginger detox drink, it had zero apple flavor. Whoever is making the drinks needs to follow the recipe for the correct amount of each ingredient. I could have just ordered a bunch of ginger shots to make up a 32oz drink.

I am so confused how anyone actually believes this sugared up ice is actually healthy food. I’m giving it 2 stars because their branding is excellent, excellent enough to fools patrons into paying for junk food marketed as health food. I had to come in and check out the hype we ordered the Berry “acai bowl” they were out of fresh strawberries so we accepted changing them out for bananas as a topping, I asked if anything was organic here, the employee said “no, I don’t think so”..I then asked what acai they use, of course it was a sorbet but the girl had to double check to see.. I then asked which protein they use… generic whey was the answer I was given once the employee did some digging around.. so first off.. employees know nothing about their product they are serving. I still decided to order we took the employees suggesting it was a mango smoothie with house made cashew milk, which sounded good! Upon receiving the cup it was the consistency of a plant based milk, tastes like cashew milk with a hint of mango, pretty disappointed I tried my “acai” bowl, the presentation was pretty solid, but upon my first bite the mildly berry flavored colored ice was so bland, luckily the sugar covered granola offered some hint of sweetness. But unfortunately I was seeking healthy food not sugar granola and colored ice so along with the smoothie I tossed both items in the trash huge waste of $19.83.Don’t waste your time, don’t be fooled. Seek out organic spots that take pride in their product.
