Limited menu, but great selection. Food was delicious, well presented, good portions. It was New Years Eve, the place was packed and the service was spot on. Didn't wait for food or drink. Will return soon.

Food and service, Julia was server, was great. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all our questions. I thought space was a little crowded as conversations from next tables were easily heard, but not a deal breaker and we will be sure to visit again.

New Year's Eve dinner. Orders the artichoke appetizer, kids chicken strips and sea bass. Artichoke was delicious. Kids fries were awful. Tasted stale and had no salt. Sea bass was over cooked. Sauce was delicious. Veggies with sea bass were undercooked and so was the rice. Also this mediocre food cost nearly $100 after tip.

The food was so fresh and delicious. So many great selections on the menu we asked for suggestions from the staff to help us narrow down our choices and the recommendations we excellent.

Cute little restaurant in the downtown area, we had a reservation for 5:45 on a weeknight and were seated immediately. The service was great! We had the Burrata and Brussels Sprouts appetizers, and both were fantastic. I highly recommend the short rib with polenta (the polenta is the BEST), our group also had the fish and chips, jerk chicken and steak sandwich, everyone really liked their dishes. All three desserts were really good as well. Everyone was super nice!

Love the ambience and our server Kate was great and didn't mind working with the chef to work up something vegan for me. Everything was delicious and made our family Christmas celebration more special!

Pork bellies were hard/tough on the outside and soft inside. Might have been under hot light too long. Bolognese was ok. Focaccia bread never arrived even after waiter said he would check on it after delivering entrees. They looked short staffed. Waiter said they had more patrons than expected. 2 days before Xmas I would think my restaurant would b full. Love the outdoor dining but sofa/bench seats so low that my dining companion's head was at table height. Table next to ours same thing

We read some great reviews and decided to give Copper 48 a try for my son's 18th birthday. The food was mediocre. Nothing special about the Steak sandwich, Mahi Mahi fish and chips and steak burger. The Jerk chicken was the best item, but again, it was acceptable. The rice lacked flavor and had hard "pieces" in it, it lacked enough mango to balance the spices. It also took a long time for the food to come out and we had reservations at 5:30 on a Wednesday. We tried the butterscotch pudding as we're hopeful for a good ending and it had sugar granules throughout....so it was not cooked well. The waitress was very attentive in the beginning, but as they got busy- we had to flag her down several times. For over $200.00 for 7 people and no alcohol-I do not think we'll return.

The kids mac n cheese for my daughter was the stand out dish of the evening, that was very good. Jerk chicken was meh, though the rice was good. Not sure what was going on with the pork belly, it tasted of over fried, way too crunchy fat... no smokiness, no real flavor, no umami. A couple other highlights, waiting 15 minutes after we were seated for drinks, then only getting our two cocktails but the kids sodas did not arrive. My wifes Mule had a “Made in Bangladesh” sticker floating in it. Plenty of other places to go. Disappointing.

Our server was amazing! Super responsive and helpful! I only wish she had told us her name... Buttery biscuits on the brunch menu were out of this world!! Would definitely order them again and ask for a side of the butter/cream that comes with the French toast!!! Will be back for sure:)

this place is pretty nice, we were looking for a brunch place that didn't have a super long late cause it was my birthday, came across this place and we got seated right away and the waiter even let us pic our seat. the food was soo good. I had got the waffle and it was delicious and aside from the bottomless mimosas i really can't complain. Have to give real props to our waiter Ada she was great i would recommend this place for sure.

The service was fantastic. The restaurant was out of burrata for one of their sandwiches and bread for french toast--so two menus options were eliminated immediately. Fairly early during brunch to be out of items on your every day brunch menu. All in all, the food we did have was really good and the drinks were as well. Always get great service while dining.

Staff were so accommodating and nice.. delicious food! The salmon, braised short ribs, steak and burgers are very good. Just the wine is too warm, it would be nice if it's a lil chilled. ?

It is evident there is a lot of thought that goes into the ingredients making up the various dishes at Copper 48. All the flavors absolutely jived in every dish we had. The special sea bass was out of this world - a big hunk of fish perfectly prepared with delicious sides. We also had the rigatoni with pork ragu as a main and it was spectacular. The thing that made the meal for me was the buratta appetizer. Absolutely stunning and so uniquely made. I would've been perfectly happy just eating that! I was happy with the cocktail selection, but the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there weren't any cocktails that my wife was really into. Perhaps just a couple more gin or vodka based cocktails would be great...not too sweet though!

Located in the heart of downtown Gilbert you'll enjoy some of the best biscuits I've ever had. Crispy, warm, buttery and delicious. Best filled with a little honey butter and blueberry compote as shown! Their chilaquiles was bomb! Slightly spicy and full of flavor....visually appealing too! If you're a fan of mimosas they have you covered with their "Almost Bottomless" option! Check them out next time you're in Gilbert!
