The food is always fresh and delicious! Service is consistently phenomenal and the staff clearly are passionate about what they do. Be sure to make a reservation in advance on busy nights and weekends. I overheard the wait to be 2 hours on a Saturday night!

Some of the best Italian food you can get at a chain restaurant. Service is always outstanding. Get the Braised Short Rib dish. Highly recommend!

UPDATE FROM LAST MEAL: This is a hard review to write. For me North Italia is usually a 5 star rating. My wife and I love it so much we recently went their for our anniversary. However, our anniversary dinner was less than ideal. Let me preface this is one of the first times we left our baby at home and paid a nanny to watch her. The night started with appetizers that we got fairly quick. However we waited at least 50mins before someone came to our table and told us our order had been lost (this made sense why we watched other people who came after us got their meals, eaten and had even been checked out. We then knew it would be another 20mins before we even got our food, then another 20mins to sit and eat. They were very apologetic and took care of our appetizers, but in my mind the appetizers is easily what we had to pay for the extra nanny fees and now we’re late for our movie…the manager took our name and email down saying he wanted to get us a gift card. That was nice of him to offer, but we NEVER heard anything from them via email or phone about getting a gift card after this. Food is top notch, but what a terrible anniversary night North Italia made for us. Server did best with what she had, but honestly the night was a total bummer for us and left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth for this place, even though the food is tasty. We expected more from a high class $150 meal restaurant. Attached receipt for day and time of meal.

Our server was great and she checked in on us often, making sure our drinks were never empty. The food came quick and was delicious! I highly recommend the spicy rigatoni and the pig pizza. Thank you for making our anniversary special!

We ordered 5 small plates for the 3 of us to share and was just right. All were wonderfully presented and very good. Most exceptional was the tuna crudo and the beef carpaccio. Bucatini was tasty but a bit greasy, but vodka sauce was outstanding. Best part of meatballs was the creamy polenta and my wife couldn't get enough! Shrimp and prosciutto bruschetta were great also. Drinks were great with Veni Vidi Vici the best. Chocolate cherry torta as the finishing dessert was the bomb!

Excellent food, great location (although parking can be a challenge), and the best service. I'll be back every time I'm in town.

Came for brunch to celebrate 2 friend's bdays. Took a good 20 min for a server to come to table, but she apologized and was attentive thereafter. I had my favorite avocado toast with smoked salmon. It was good, but I could see that the avocado mash was brown. So couldn't leave 5 stars today.

After my 3rd experience in tasting their food if felt some of the dishes were well above average while others not worth it at all. The Bread with olive oil and the Tuna smaller plate an example and not surprisingly good as other dishes. All though the service conversation was polite it felt scripted and rather insincere. I feel in general they are overpriced.....and busy. But the Eggplant Parmesan is multi bene!

We frequently dine here and after today, not sure we will return. We ordered appetizers but were not given plates. Our waiter never came by with plates so I had to get up and find another server to bring us plates. We had to continue asking for refills. When server would refill tea, he never poured tea with ice. So, we had to continue to ask for ice. After an hour of waiting, we had to ask how much longer before our breakfast would be ready. He said he would check on it and later came back to tell us it was being plated. By the time it was brought to our table, the food was cold. My husband and son in law requested over easy eggs and the yolks were cooked hard. The bread was served dry without butter/oil or jam. Our server was no where to be found and we had to continue asking for ice for our drinks. He was clueless when it came to service. We wanted to order dessert but figured we didn't have another hour to waste. Really disappointing!!

We took family there for dinner and everything was terrific. Even the kids menu was much better than expected. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and offered great suggestions for both cocktails and dinner. It was a really fun evening! Highly recommend.

I was there for lunch and my mom ordered the pizza daily special, it was too spicy for an 89yr old person and it was burnt. She took a bite of pizza and was coughing. 20 min later had a pepperoni pizza, not impressed with either. I ordered a spicy sandwich and that was good. Entire bill was 70.00 for two lunch and water. Way over priced for what we ordered.
