Soggy fried fish. $43 for 2 regular plates and 1 mini plate. The young man that took my order in drive thru was an angry young frustrated teenager who gives attitude and angry looks. The previous time I ordered here was maybe 6 months ago or longer and I didn’t go back because our order took a long time in drive thru. This time our order/wait time was average but the quality of the fried fish was terrible and on top of that the customer service was terrible. I will avoid this place. I prefer Big Hawaiian on Market street, they don’t have a drive thru but they are always kind and their food was never soggy.
Never had a bad experience. May take some time, but that should be expected when you order food that needs to be grilled.

Horrible take forever to make anything the employees are always goofing around in the back from what I can see from the window and they have upd all their prices a spam Musibu used to be like 4-5 bucks now it's 8!
Did an online order and went to pick it up. The employee at the counter acknowledged me immediately and asked the kitchen if my order was ready. It wasn't, but another employee asked me within one minute of I needed help. This is the first ono Hawaii that I've been to that's had such attentive service. I ordered a two item combo and had asked for extra rice and no veggies, but instead got a combo with rice and a salad. No Mac salad. They were still kind enough to fix my order with what I thought I was receiving. Really good experience and I'll definitely me back.
