We in just to find out most of the regular items were out. No sweet n sour chicken, and no spring rolls. Staff didn't really seem to care and was like you can order or not so not worked for me. There is no reason to be rude

Agree with another reviewer. Check your order. I ordered a big plate and got 3/4 plate rice with 3 tiny portions of entrees. I asked for supergreens and got tough chewy broccoli. Paid $14 and it was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in awhile.

There was only one person taking orders and serving up the choices. It took a while to get served. The food was very tasty. There was a lot of noise coming from several sources.

Crab ragoons were clearly burnt, you could tell by the color. Employees should not have served them. We went through the drive through so didn't notice until we got home.

Saturday evening at Panda Express, customer service was on point and so was the food! Even though it was pretty busy there... this was one of our BEST Panda experiences in a long time!

Gus, the manager, was no help and did not offer a resolution. I ask for a refund or to remake my food. He refused to do either. Did less than the bare minimum. Wasn't asking for the stars, which is why I only give this place 1. Will take my business somewhere else from now on.

I give this place a solid "Meh!" Sometimes it's better than others. Yesterday was just okay. The orange chicken was a little dry. But I was starving and ate it anyway.
