I have not had a problem with this specific store in YEARS but tonight was different. I ordered my food through the app at about 5:15 or so and immediately I realized I put it through as a "pickup". I called the store right away explaining that the food was for my family and I was leaving for work and could they have it delivered. The person (I couldn't understand who they were) said "yes". I was satisfied and went on my routine. At almost 7 pm my daughter texted me and said they still haven't gotten their food. I was stunned and a bit angry. I called the store and they said the food was still there waiting to be picked up. I told them AGAIN that I couldn't - that I was at work. They wouldn't even refund my money. I am mad. I have been going here weekly for many many years and they just may have lost my business.

When I walked in all the workers were standing around talking and I said get back to work or something like that and it was obvious I was joking but only 2 out of the 6 or 7 workers laughed the others looked at me like how dare I. It was just dumb and made me feel like the others workers thought they were shiver me or something. I will never go to this location again. Be kind

Ordered chow mein and white rice, person started to scoop fried rice in, I asked to change it to white rice. She then proceeded to scoop it off my plate and BACK into the bowl it’s scooped from. Talk about cross contamination and health code…

So this location ok is the worse they don't care about customers at all first time I went the food tasted like it had been sitting there for way to long it had no flavor....I decided to try again today since I was close I actually wanted chipotle but the line was out the door so I went to to panda it was empty and dead..they greet me I ask for bigger plate and choose chow mein..and orange chicken and teriyaki. For my 3rd I asked if I could do half and half ..the girl aboustley refused to do it and was super rude said there was now way to do it ..so I said I'll just have all orange chicken then although confused because no matter what it's all the same price what does it hurt just to do something nice for the customer i get to the register and realized the whole experience made me lose my apetite so I left without anything worked a 9 hour day just wanted something easy for dinner but couldn't even get a rude little girl to be nice to me. I since re ly will never return to this location.
The Panda Express orange chicken is just so good. I don't know what it is about it that makes it so delicious. The flavors. The texture. The spice. All three. The flavor is not so much orange to me as it is a slightly salty and soy sauce flavored taste. I like it a lot. It has to be my favorite item on their menu. Sometimes I just get orange chicken and that's it. I don't particularly like the fried rice or the white rice or the chow mein. The rice just seems really dried out to me. I don't like celery so that makes the chow mein a no go for me. I wish I could ask for a no celery chow mein. I would like that a lot. Otherwise, the brown rice is okay. The vegetable as a replacement for the rice is okay but sometimes the vegetables just seem over cooked or under cooked. Panda Express is always busy when I go! It was just as busy as ever!

Worst Panda express I've ever been to, I arrived at 9pm waited in line for 15 minutes. When I got to order I tried to order the teriyaki chicken they said they didn't have it. That was the only thing I was able to eat. They were not closing for another 45 minutes and refused to make anything
