Tried to order a pizza thru the app like I always do. It wanted a code. There isn't a code. It's $8.99 for a large one topping pizza. I order this all the time! Called the store. Can barely understand the guy I spoke with. He told me the offer expired and it would be $9.99! Told him the app says $8.99. Told him I had papa rewards. He told me he couldn't do that. Transfered me to some other number. It rang and then I got disconnected! Called back the original number and got some woman I couldn't understand! Went thru the same thing with her! Told her just forget it I would find another pizza place and this was horrible customer service. I can sure understand why this place only has a 3 star rating! Their pizza is not worth all this aggravation!

Don’t bother calling for pizza from this place. The phone gets answered by multiple employees that sound miserable. Then when you ask for the specials they huff and exhale then tell you the specials with attitude. I canceled it and drove 15 minutes out to a different location just because my family wanted papa Johnson specifically.

I came to this location a year or two back. Pizza was decent every time. I ordered from them a few days back. Pizza was absolutely terrible. I would rather get a frozen pizza from Walmart and heat it up under the hood of my car. Sorry it was that bad. There's no way they can stay maintained, Wow!

POV: It's nighttime and you're thinking about pizza. You randomly remeniesse about how good Papa John's was when you were 18 and constantly ordering their BBQ chicken pizza in college.Against you better judgement - you order BBQ wings and green chili cheese sticks through delivery. (you're one person- you're not ordering a whole pizza)To your dismay, the boneless wings taste like they came out a microwave, and the green chili bread sticks seems to have more salt of them than anything and are strangely soggy.You will never remeniesse about Papa Johns again and feel ripped off.Two stars because the green chili had good flavor to it.

This was my first time ordering Papa Johns, it was ordered through Door Dash. The food arrived in a very timely manner, but the quality was absolutely horrible! First, the pizza and wings were cold and I am only a few minutes away, there were no other deliveries before me. The pizza tasted like chewy saltine crackers with a very sweet and thick sauce, was not good....the wings were very burnt and looked like small black cockroaches! Probably the worst wings I have ever had! To sum it up, the food was horrible!To add to the experience, I was sick throwing up most of the night! I did not eat any other food with this, so it is suspect this was the cause. It was a rough night and I ended up throwing most of the food in the trash! Absolute garbage, poor quality.I spoke with the manager Chris this morning at the store where it was made, he was useless and not courteous. I asked for a refund and he said he could not do that. Also, he said "no one else got sick, so it couldnt have been our food that caused it..." Worthless service and poor attitude!I will never again be ordering from Papa Johns! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was that bad! I gave them a chance to resolve this before this review, but Chris seemed very disinterested. It was definitely not worth $45 for one large pizza and 6 wings. Horrible experience!!

Zero zero stars absolutely the worst customer service. They hang up on you. when they do try to order, they do not honor any of the papa John advertised specials. It's almost impossible to understand the rude dude on the other end of the line. SHAQUILLE O'NEAL PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION!

Tell everybody to order pizza from anywhere, but Papa John's especially this one located on Val vista and Elliot. The guys at work there are very unprofessional. Hard to understand on the phone or if you're lucky enough they'll answer the phone. 99% of the time they never answer the phone and when they do forget about getting any other specials because they don't offer any specials anytime you want that specific item it's $10 more.
