This Pizza Hut is very close to my home. For the last ten years, they have been my families go to, for fresh hot pizza.Granted, Pizza Hut, is far from great pizza, but they were good.Hot, and fresh, is definitely a plus.Recently, Pizza Hut has started using Door dash as a delivery service.The pizza now, is no longer, hot, or fresh. My pizza, last night, showed as picked up, but was not delivered for 30 minutes. Pizza Hut is less than five minutes from my home. Once again, not hot, or fresh.Good delivery service is killing the quality of delivered food.Sorry Pizza Hut, I will no longer be using you. If my pizza is not hot, or fresh, I will expect much better taste. Vero's and Brooklyn V's will be getting our business.

Order never delivered. Called the next day and was told I’d have to wait for a refund to hit my account and if I wanted pizza I’d have to pay again. Been ordering my whole life but this was a joke. Plenty of competition out there to order from.

I would not recommend this location. I had an issue with my online order. I was hung up on and lied to when trying to rectify the situation. My Door Dasher came through with the assistance that I had called them about.

My order was a disaster. My order was very difficult to place online, it also asked me if I wanted to have it taken to my car. I wanted it to be delivered to my car because I had my baby with me. When I showed up there was no specific place for me to park for it to be brought out so I parked directly in front of the door. There was no way of getting a hold of them to drop off the food so I had to leave my baby in the car to grab my food real quick. Once I finally got my food and got home I realize that my pizza was completely raw. We had to put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. All during this time I was trying to get a hold of the location to let them know of the mishap. I called six different times and got hung up on every single time . I finally called corporate and they said that they would give me a call back to resolve the issue. I still haven’t heard anything from anyone.

The pizza is still good. However since they have been using doordash, the pizza does not arrive piping hot anymore. It's always just "warm". Door dash is also not good about making sure all items are with the order.
I made an order for delivery, and Door Dash brought the wrong order. I didn't accept it, and he said he would go back and get the correct one. Of course he never came back.I called 2 times and was promised a manager would call me in 5 - 15 minutes. I never received a call.Pizza Hut stole my money and the Doorr Dash driver pocketed a 20% tip.

This location is a joke dont waste your dime or time. Ordered two pizza and it was undercooked and the dough was disgusting. I went back for a remake instead they reheated the pizza and it was dry and overcooked. Don't buy from here.

I rarely give bad reviews but felt that people need to know that you WILL wait if they're at all busy. Cannot reach them by phone. When we arrived there were a minimum of 10 people waiting for their order. Some were delivery services, but one guy in the back was rude to the other workers. Felt bad for them. We got a refund and left.
