Normally enjoy Popeyes, but went with my family and everything was reheated or had been sitting. Buns on the bottom of the chicken sandwiches were cold and the chicken tenders were limp. Service was fine, but I won't be returning to this specific location.

The mexican girl getting my order was unable to speak English she couldn't take my order correctly, I wanted a Sprite she gave me lemonade, I wanted a classic she gave me a spicy chicken sandwich, I asked for napkins in the bag she had an additude started speaking Spanish and threw the bag at us . Long black hair she looked messy the food was not what we asked for hire people that understand English.

Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes no one said anything or greeted us, an employee stared at us through the lobby windows and was checking his phone.If you open at 9 be open at 9 it’s really not that hard some of us work night

I understand that you can’t expect much from fast food workers - but wow. Raw chicken wings, and soggy old chicken sandwhich. They didn’t have the correct chicken that I ordered, so they substituted with this. They also didn’t give me the fries I ordered.You must really hate yourself if you work here, and create food like this for other people. Should be ashamed.

For fast food, Popeye's is decent overall. Their food glad good flavor and our orders are usually ready pretty quick and are accurate.
Terrible terrible service. We waited for the staff who were right there (feet from us) to acknowledge us. Finally a manager said they would be right with us, so we waited some more. And waited. Finally someone acknowledged us and asked if we placed a mobile order and we said no, we are here to place our order and he said….. sorry I have to fill the mobile orders first - and would not even take our order. Manager was within 3 feet and did nothing. If you are human, or have human feelings. Run away from this place - it’s not worth your time or money.

I could pick any location and this applies. We all know the food is good… however, always inconsistent. Today I got my sandwich without anything on it. I went to the counter and said isn’t there supposed to be pickles or something on this… she just said we don’t have any. Never mentioned when I ordered it.And that was after waiting in line just standing at the register with nobody to take my order. The guest in front of me waited even longer before I got there. The service is consistently horrible. I avoid this place just because I know it’s going to make me grumpy and here I am… writing this.There is a reason In N Out and Chick Fil A do so well. The food is good but the service at those spots is amazing. Whoever is running this business should be embarrassed.

Today November 12 2023 They Literaly told me and my sister they could not make make us fresh chicken sandwiches. We asked for them fresh because there is not a sole insight here not one person in the resturant or drive through so who knows how long the food has been sitting there. Ended up not getting food walked out ✌?Just lazy ?

Should have read the reviews before going here. Food was extremely cold- looked like it sat there for hours before being served. Not only that, of course they gave us the wrong order. Kindly brought it up to manager Lisbeth who had absolutely no customer service & was no help. When asked for corporate phone number she says "you can find it online". Stay away from this Popeyes

First time at a Popeyes in a long time and wasn't sure what to expect. I had been craving mashed potatoes and gravy. I got their ad in the mail and decided to give it a try. 10 piece chicken with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits for $21.99. I went inside to order, they had everything ready, hot and fresh. took them a couple minutes to bag up my order and I was on my way. the mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome, spicy chicken was perfect, biscuits were delicious, and everything was cooked perfectly. staff were friendly and efficient. No complaints, would definitely recommend this Popeyes.
Got an Uber eats order for 3 piece chicken meal.I only got two pieces and instead of macaroni I got rice. I tried calling the store twice, no answer.
